This workout was something I definitely needed to do.. I break dance as well but never imagined doing something like this for a workout.. was an amazing experience and a hard workout.. loved it, keep it going please..

Amazing team and group of extraordinary trainers that will help you every step of your fitness goal. They will help you with exercises that are personalized to your capabilities and every step of your journey. Jeffrey/Jeffro is an amazing trainer. Definitely take one of the classes if you can! You will definitely see the results if you stick to the regimens they have for you!

My husband is a break dancer and although I am not a dancer, this workout program really gets me moving! Definitely a high intensity work out that helps with cardio and strength training. 10/10
