If I could give Travis 10 stars, I would!! He started training my husband in January of 2021. I kept hearing about all the great things Travis was doing and seeing the results my husband was getting from his workouts with Travis. I soon joined the “Travis program” and have been a Travis devotee for over 2 years. Travis personalizes my workouts to my needs and pays close attention to areas of “trouble” like knees, elbows, shoulders or hips. As a senior I am most appreciative of Travis’ focus on balance and strength. And not only that, he makes the workouts fun. I feel strong and fit, thanks to Travis!!

Travis truly understood my goals and helped me get there. I have been working out with Travis with my wife for several years. Travis has helped improve my overall fitness. He has added unique exercises to help my Pickleball strokes, my passion. I have had several physical challenges with a shoulder, knees, …. Travis has been very attentive to form and made adjustments to help me build strength, endurance and stability. He does not give us cookie cutter workouts. He is constantly adjusting to challenge each of us with the exercises each of us needs. He is very upbeat and encouraging. He even wears purple sometimes because he knows it’s my wife’s favorite color. During covid, he brought the workout to us, with the music we like ready to go. How can Travis help you?

I did an 8 week program with Travis on the recommendation from a friend who dropped weight with him. Had a great personalized experience which helped me finally pass through the weight I have struggled for 3 years to get below. I've tried CrossFit and orange theory and not been able to get below my goal, with Travis I nailed the goal and overachieved by 6 lbs in 8 weeks!

Travis is an incredible trainer. I came to him feeling I had outgrown my previous trainer but had goals I wanted to accomplish. Travis is a positive, happy and intelligent person. He works hard to help me achieve my goals. He puts a lot of emphasis on form, the way to properly perform the excerises and I am learning so much. His workouts are challenging and fun. I am always a little sad when they are over but I feel I have accomplished so much afterwards. His meal plans are well thought out with my likes and dislikes in mind, making them easy to stick to. All in all this guy is a gem. His meal plans, workouts and his attitude make him the best trainer around!

Started seeing Travis mid June for my nutrition. I always worked out in the past but never really noticed any results. Travis Johnson is an excellent trainer. He cares about his clients as though we are family.
He motivates you to reach your goals and keeps you moving forward.
I have a number of physical limitations, but he never lets them get in the way. He writes workouts which play to my strengths with consideration for my limitations.
My husband and I work out together. We have different mindsets when it comes to exercise, but he motivates both of us making certain that we are properly doing the exercise with best form

Travis is a very caring, personable, upbeat, and encouraging trainer. He pays attention to your needs and restrictions and will easily adapt movements to fit what you need and what your body can do. He checks in often to make sure your body is not feeling any pain and takes the time to show you the correct and effective way to do the exercise he’s asking you to do. Travis is a fantastic trainer and coach. He is patient when a stubborn client like me pushes back on new-to-me info before I have a chance to research it---e.g nutrition. Absolutely best decision of my life was to get in contact with Travis and start my journey with him. He is super helpful with creating meal plans and adjusting when needed. I am a picky eater so that was my biggest worry. He always keeps me on my toes with workouts. He explains everything during our workouts like what muscle we are working or making sure my pose is right so that I dont hurt myself, etc... Great with communication and he makes sure that I am learning what I need to know to continue to be successful. I never thought I would be one of those people to brag that I have lost a lot of weight, but he made it possible! You will definitely not regret signing on with him.

Travis is an incredible trainer. With Travis' help, I've been able to lose 50 pounds and more inches than I can count. After trying and failing with a no carbohydrate diet I reached out to Travis. He helped me lose 45 lbs in 3 months time. Travis is the best trainer and nutritionist to work with. He listens to what you want to achieve and creates a plan based off of your likes abs dislikes to get you there. He is always motivating and I never feel like I’m being punished or judge when I slip up. He’s extremely committed to his clients and will do whatever it takes to help them reach their goals. I have been training with Travis Johnson for 15 years and it has changed my life. He is a true professional and has helped me with diet and a training routine that has me doing things at close to 70 years of age that I could not possibly have done 20 years ago. Regular workouts with Travis have become a part of my life and I am physically able to do whatever I want. Skiing, wade fishing, and slogging through the mud duck hunting are all routine activities. I’ve known Travis for a few years now. He’s helped me change my body in ways I couldn’t imagine. Last year he helped me go from 250 lbs to 180 lbs. it wasn’t easy but he’s very good at encouraging you and working with your meal plans and work schedules. He helps you learn new workouts you can use on your own. There was ZERO starving yourself and even when I took some time off, I was able to retain a lot of the knowledge he taught me so I could stay fit. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to lose weight the right way!!

Training..Who loves it? This girl does, but I had found myself in such a rut over the last four years that had me gain 60+ lbs. With the great guidance and continuous support of Travis he has reminded me that if ‘you dont take care of yourself who will’? Taking care of yourself may come in the form of losing a couple lbs, gaining more muscle definition or just maintaining a fit, healthy and activity lifestyle. Either way you will find great coaching with him. He keeps you on track and considers your success his success. So far our success together has been over 45 lbs lost. Fitness is like a relationship, you have to work at it and when you do it with Johnson goals will be met.
