Just finished a 10-session package with Sean and not only purchased another, but my husband started as well! The training has exceeded my expectations. I wanted a personalized fitness program that would help me increase strength, but with a few β€œissues” I needed help to avoid injury. Sean has been able to provide enough challenge for me to definitely see results; but more importantly not only avoid injury, but knew which areas needed extra attention so as to avoid future injury. Sean is a terrific coach! He's able to help you figure out the most practical way to reach whatever your fitness goals are, his Facebook group helps you stay motivated with others, and he's a fountain of knowledge for nutrition and all things fitness related. I've been using his personal training service for about two months now. Very happy with results.

I chose Sean because on my own, I've always failed. I never knew I had bad form on some of my exercises. He's been able to show me what I need to work on and I can see the improvements already. This is also much better than joining a major gym because you get one-on-one time and he's able to help hold you accountable for when you skip gym time or start eating like trash again.

I love this place!! I have been working out for 3 weeks (at the 5 am bootcamp), and its the first time in my life I want to go workout. Every time you go you are challenged and pushed, and it makes you feel good about yourself. Another first for me is actually being upset if I'm not able to go one morning. Great program and great people!! I can't believe I wasted a ton of money on a gym membership for a couple of years and barely went because I had no clue what to do. At Fitness 101 I am guided throughout my workout, and when I wake up the next day I know I worked out my ENTIRE BODY (from the soreness in places I've never been sore before). I can't wait to see the results of working out regularly in a couple months.

This place is awesome!! I bought the LivingSocial deal in hopes to lose a couple of pounds.

Once I went in for the fitness assessment, Sean said that he didn't look at weight loss as the biggest factor for success. I took the same opinion and since, am more interested in lowering my body mass and losing a few inches. I've been going for 2 weeks and am really close to getting into some shorts with a 32 in waist, which I haven't worn since probably 8th grade. I usually get really bored with working out and switch from program to program after a few weeks. There is a huge variety in the workouts, and that keeps me interested.

All of the trainers are awesome and try to learn everyone's name quickly, keeping you motivated and doing each exercise properly. Definitely check this place out!!

Buying the Fitness 101 Bootcamp Livingsocial Deal was the best purchase I've made in a long time! I really liked that they had us come in for a fitness assessment to make sure we have the appropriate stability and flexibility to safely participate in the bootcamp classes. They also gave each of us personalized recommendations of which classes we should start with. At my first class, the trainer introduced himself and the program, and made sure I wasn't uncomfortable at all. When he saw I was struggling (my first class was Cardio & Core), he tweeked my routine just enough so that I could keep up with the class without over-exerting myself. I recommend Fitness 101 to everyone who asks!

I have NEVER enjoyed working out. The only reason I do it is because I am an "older" Mom and I want to stay healthy for my son. I dreaded going until I found FITNESS 101! I can honestly say, I love working out. I'm excited about going and I don't want to miss a day!

The Trainer's are extremely knowledgeable. They are super about correcting your form so you don't injure yourself. If you are sore in a specific area, they show you what to do to alleviate the pain.

They have a great sense of humor and make it fun. The other members are supportive. I absolutely LOVE it! I just can't say enough.......Try it!!!

"Boot camp" is such a broad term these days, as every Tom, Dick & Harry are offering boot camp classes of some sort. I had been hesitant to try any classes, but happily jumped on Fitness 101's LivingSocial deal. I'm glad I did. Sean & his trainers make getting your butt kicked fun! They are great guys with an eye for making corrections to form & suggestions for modifications, if needed. They want you to succeed at your level, but will certainly encourage you to push yourself---without yelling at you or making you feel stupid for not pushing harder (harder! harder!). I'm amazed at how quickly they learn the names of new people, too!

The workouts are circuit-style, using basic equipment, nothing fancy, really, mostly indoors (thank goodness!), and designed to exhaust you in 45-50 minutes. Stick it out past a week & it's amazing how much better you feel about yourself. Make it 3 weeks, & you can really start to notice some changes in your body- just don't forget to bring up the level of your nutrition, too!

I recommend Fitness 101 without reservation.

I love everything about Fitness 101. The instructors are amazing and the work outs are even better. The guys take the time to get to know you, push and encourage you all while making it a fun environment. The hour seems to fly by. Boot camps really can be for anyone. I felt great results just after the first three days of attending. For me the best part is how much better I feel. My body is responding, but it's also been a great stress release. You'll feel great and you'll always be glad you came, even if you had to drag yourself there!

Challenging workouts in a relaxed, fun environment. Very knowledgeable instructors, really like the fact that they take the time to find out what your goals are and if you are experiencing any aches/tightness and really work to correct them by either watching your form or suggesting stretches. The "corrective measures" classes are perfect for me as I am really working on flexibility and pain management.
I have done cross-fit and the classes are as challenging without the wear and tear on your knees and a much stronger emphasis on stretching and muscle recovery. A groupon is a good way to start, go check it out.

I love this place!!! I found out about Fitness 101 through a Groupon and I started attending class in June 2012. I enjoy working out, but not at a big gym where you are a membership number, not a name. The trainers know everyone by name and fitness level...and they know when to nudge you to the next level. A variety of class times are offered that easily fit in my hectic schedule. The trainers are awesome and I truly enjoy every class!!! Highly recommend.
