One of the best gyms in Lavon, TX!

Fitness 300 is seriously impressive. The gym is always spotless, the equipment is top-notch, and everything is super well-maintained. You can tell cleanliness and organization are a top priority here.

The atmosphere is motivating without being overwhelming, and the management team is fantastic — super friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure members have a great experience. Whether you’re new to working out or a regular lifter, this place has everything you need.

Highly recommend Fitness 300 if you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-run gym in the Lavon area!

This gym is so unprofessional, incompetent, and sleezy as hell. And I am only talking about the people. They do things with your membership without letting you know. They make decisions with your money without your prior knowledge. They don’t respond to emails about issues and speak to you like you are stupid. Not worth the disrespect from the owner of the gym.

So I had been going there since August of 2024 and it was great until the new management arrived. I had been there for almost a year and had never had any problems, then once the new management came in I had immediate issues. They cancelled my membership without saying anything to me, charged my friend $300 today for us going despite having 2 others with memberships. They never answer when you have questions or answer a call for issues to be resolved. They are constantly running short on towels due to lack of laundry done, for weeks now the water fountain hasn’t worked at all, they barely clean anything. Most of what is kept clean in this small gym is the people attending rather than the “management” themselves. Also a couple days ago I had to bring my little sister because no one else was home, when having my sister with me, the manager kept asking me to put my sister in the farthest corner of the gym even with other people being there and her out of my sight. I found this extremely weird, then the manager was also wearing clothes that were quite revealing. He was wearing a skin tight shirt where you could see his whole chest, and also wearing very cheeky shorts. Again terribly ran with absolutely zero communication. If you want a good gym experience drive the extra 10 mins and save $15…

Although, I would love to give this gym 5 stars it suffers from a few issues. For the price of 40$ a month, I would expect there to be comparable to surrounding gyms. This gym is small, and of course cannot fit as much equipment. They do manage to fit in a good amount for their square footage. Additionally, They do provide showers, and bathrooms along with a water fountain. These usually standard in gyms, and I have not seen any without these. That being said the water fountain has been broken down or turned off, many times over the year that I have gone here. They do keep the gym clean which might be the only thing I still appreciate about the gym. A major issue relates to bringing guests who do not have membership. For an unregistered guest it cost you not only your membership but 100$ per guest. by unregistered I mean they do not have a membership or at least not a active membership. So, for instance if you and a friend believe you both have membership, but your friend’s membership was canceled. Then your membership will be canceled and you will be charged $100. This example is from my experience at the gym, however, I brought 2 others so It amounted to 300. This is paired with an extreme lack of communication between customers and the gym. Not only is it hard to get in contact with them, but it is a common occurrence for them not to contact you about vital information. For instance, my fob to enter the building was deactivated even though they received my monthly payment. I was not told what was going on with my account until I called up. They notified me that my account was still active, and my fob was simply deactivated. Another example lies in that one of the 2 guests I brought with me had been trying to apply for membership for months, but was met with no response. I would honestly think that a place that charges you 40$ a month would allow a guest pass or something, but apparently not. In short, If you enjoy working out alone in the quiet, hate functioning water fountains, Love being over charged for a place with less equipment than the surrounding competition (even than some of the ones that are cheaper), and you hate to work out with your buddies. Then good luck trying to get a membership because they probably won’t even contact you if they treat you like they have me or some other people I know have gone to the gym. Remember that this gym is under new management since the reviews 4-5 years ago and a lot has changed in the past year. I hope things improve here, but unfortunately I will not be there to see if it does.

You can’t go wrong with this gym. They have great selection of equipment, it is not too busy, private bathrooms with showers available, and always clean. Also, the team that runs this gum is amazing.

Enrolled today and have to say how inviting and welcoming management was. The facility is so clean and offers amazing equipment. You can’t ask for anything more and the monthly fee is very affordable.

Been going here for 5 + years. Best gym i ever gone too. Monthly fee. No early equipment cost. Nice people. Gym is clean. Only con for my opinion is bad internet connection. Has very good variation of workout equipment for the size of the gym. I highly recommend joining this gym over any other.
