I’ve been training with Brandy for a little over a month, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She is wonderful to work with and makes every session both challenging and motivating. She has a real gift for pushing you past your comfort zone while also making sure you feel supported and confident in what you’re doing. What really stands out is how much she truly cares about every person she works with, she’s not just there for the workout, she’s invested in your overall health, fitness, and mindset.
On top of that, she provides access to an app with recipes, training tips, and workout videos, which makes it so easy to stay on track between sessions. Having that extra support keeps you connected and motivated at all times, and it really shows how committed she is to your success.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, who knows how to challenge you in the best way, and who makes you believe in yourself, I can’t recommend Brandy enough. She’s been an incredible part of my fitness journey so far, and I’m excited to keep going with her guidance.

Brandy is amazing at training, motivating and encouraging people who workout with her!! Her genuine kindness and positive energy are infectious as well as energizing.
Her sessions are always a perfect balance of strength training and cardio with plenty of stretching at the end as well as lots of reminders throughout to get those “2 big gulps of water.” I have never had such an intense workout without pain the following day. I always feel pain free , stronger and healthier every day; and the pain that I have had in my knee (from arthritis and degenerative meniscus) for well over a year is almost gone! My range of motion has increased significantly more than when I was getting physical therapy. I highly recommend Brandy to anyone and everyone looking to improve your health and fitness. She is a true GYM GEM!💎 😁

I was feeling really bad about my physical condition so I started looking for a place to start a workout. Searching on Google I found Brandy. In a short period of 3 weeks of training I am feeling like a different man and luckily for me I also took my wife with me who also loves training with Brandy. Brandy has helped me to stay strong. I was nervous about weights since I was getting close to turning 60 when I started training with her.
Now I am addicted to staying strong after 7 years of training with her.
She keeps the workouts changing yet personalized for me.
I have done the classes and one on one sessions. Both are always great.
It’s great to have someone to help me stretch out when I feel sore or strengthen my arms and core !

Brandy literally saved my life. In 2020 when I met her I was 425 lbs, on 3 blood pressure medications and felt completely hopeless about ever getting my health back. I met her in a community swimming pool and 3 and 1/2 years later I have lost 150 lbs, gained muscle and hope. I am on 1/2 of one blood pressure medication. She has inspired, guided, motivated and made me believe I could get my health back. I could talk about training and techniques, but that would be a disservice to Brandy. She is the most positive, non judgemental, inspiring person I have met. Her knowledge is immense but her true strength is that she truly cares and invests herself in her client/friends. If I never trained a day with her again, she would be a lifelong friend. She is simply an answer to prayer.

Brandy is a professional, knowledgeable and caring trainer who focuses on correct form and personalized workouts, tailored to the wants and needs of her clients. She helped me achieve excellent fitness, muscle tone, and strength. She also set up a program to strengthen and prepare me for my first hip replacement, which enabled me to recover faster from the procedure. Brandy is dedicated to the health and fitness of her clients and understands the important role of healthy eating in speeding recovery and maximizing results. I have been blessed with training with Brandy for 17 years now. Together we have lost over 200 lbs. Brandy has had challenges working with me over the years with a bad knee that she had to work around. Now 2 bad knees. This has not stopped her from helping me lose weight and tone my muscles. She has created ways for me to get my cardio in without the ability to utilize a treadmill or elliptical. She's used the ropes and other equipment to enable my success. Love how she makes every workout fun, fresh and exciting while she drives me on to great success. I'm beyond excited that I have found a trainer that not only loves what she does and lives it herself, but truly loves the people she works with and celebrates their accomplishments with them.

I’ve recently started my fitness journey with Brandy and I know it’s my best decision. Her classes are not only effective but incredibly enjoyable. She makes fitness look fun while still pushing us to reach our full potential. I appreciate her keen understanding of individual’s limits, ensuring they don't overdo. Posture and form are of utmost importance to her and she never compromises with it. The post workout stretches are wonderful too. I always feel good after training with her. Another special thing about Brandy is that she ensures everyone is drinking lots of water to keep their bodies hydrated throughout the training. Highly recommended!
