I've worked worth Kai for the better part of 4 years!! She encourages without being pushy. Kai is a fantastic personal trainer and person. She listens to your goals and implements exercises to tackle those goals in workouts, providing plenty of insight and encouragement in each session. Going to the gym has become a highlight of my week knowing I have a trainer who will give me direction and help me achieve progress in my fitness journey!

UPDATE: I have worked out with Kai for over a year and a half, and every week I feel so empowered to become a stronger, healthier version of myself. What began as a journey to get in better shape before getting married turned into a routine I enjoy that has continued well past my wedding date. I previously had never been great at staying consistent with exercise, but Kai’s instruction has made me look forward to working out. Kai is an excellent trainer— she is insanely knowledgeable and encouraging, and will push you to but not beyond your limit. There is no judgment, only a genuine desire to help you achieve your goals. I have lost over 13% body fat, improved my strength and endurance, and feel so much more confident in my abilities and appearance thanks to Kai!

She is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. Kai is awesome at what she does and has put my view of physical fitness in a new perspective. During each session she focuses on different muscle groups and incorporates strength training, core and balance. I love how every session is a different experience. Her prices are very reasonable especially with her level of expertise and she offers a discount for group sessions, which is a definite plus. You can bring your friends and sweat it out together! I have felt so motivated in just a couple months of working with her, I've learned more about my body and what I need to implement to achieve my goals. I feel stronger, more energized and I'm actually starting to enjoy working out, which is something I never thought I'd say before. Kai has made me feel like my fitness goals are obtainable, I'm excited to continue working with Kai and can't wait to see how much I can accomplish!

Kai is a top-notch trainer. She can do ANYTHING that her clients want or need because she has so much knowledge and experience around fitness. My body feels stronger and re-invigorated after each session. I’ve learned so much from her; whether it’s about body mechanics, stretching or proper form. Kai incorporates so much variety into each of my workouts that I feel like I get a yoga, strength training, cardio and Pilates workout in just one hour. Fitness By Kai workouts are always consistent! She creates challenging, fun routines that never lack her professional training instruction. Kai is right there to share the correct training form and to remind you to breathe!!! (I forget sometimes)

I recently signed up for virtual training sessions via FaceTime with Kai and she didn't miss a beat. She would tailor each workout for me and was very present and encouraging!
I trained with FBK years ago to get in shape for my wedding and it was such a success that I had to come back, so thank goodness for the virtual training option!
Looking forward to more virtual training sessions very soon! FBK is just the motivation I need to stay on track.

Kai is the most prompt trainer I have had the pleasure of getting in shape with. She doesn't just tell you what to do and you do it. She explains the mechanics of the movements and does the workout with you, so it feels more like training partners than a training coach. She has insight in to fitness, but even more in to life. The mixture of workouts keep me coming back and the professionalism you guys provide is up there with some of OCs top businesses.
