Giving this a one star because of the antics that go on behind the scenes, coupled with the fact you can find a better budget friendly gym. There’s better options out there for the same price range. They raised my monthly membership multiple times and charge expensive annual fees. Their apps/website are subpar. Facilities are often dirty and equipment is not at the same level as other gym in this price range. Look elsewhere

Terrible location. This place has gone downhill. Toxic Staff and Toxic Gym goers. I have seen a guy bully people out of weights weekly, and another guy tried to threaten me so I would get off his machine. The guy that threatened me was using 3 machines at the same time and I didn't know.
I went to staff with these issues, and I was told I was the problem and that I need to see things from other people's point of view.
Two months later, now, I go to the Bedford location (which is 25 minutes away from me), and I probably will never waste my time going back to the Arlington Fitness Connection. I am happier at the Bedford location. It's not crowded, staff isn't toxic, the gym goers aren't toxic either.
Don't waste your time in The Arlington gym.
