I can't say enough good things about my personal Trainer Raymond K I've been working out here for one year and have seen incredible results. The trainers are super knowledgeable and really take the time to understand your personal fitness goals. They create customized workout plans that are challenging but also fun, so you stay motivated. Dean made me feel extremely welcome. He remembered my name after I initially called to inquire about a membership and was incredibly patient as I worked through choosing the right plan for my situation. He explained every option clearly, encouraged me to do my own research, and answered all of my questions without rushing me.

He also checked my insurance to see if I qualified for any programs, and when we found one, he walked me through the entire enrollment process step-by-step. After that, he set me up immediately, explained all the amenities, and kept a positive, helpful attitude the entire time. Other customers responded to him positively and I can see why.

If this is the vibe of the whole gym, then I’ve definitely found my gym home. I’m really happy I became a member, and my first experience with the staff has been outstanding.

I love FC and have been a member for 4 years. I would hate to leave them, they’re so close to home. I'm praying they bring back the Kids Club, its a huge help for single parent households! Seems like most gyms have opted out of this ‘amenity’ as a whole. I also truly wish they would extend their weekend hours too!

This is a great gym, the best in Texas that I have visited. William assisted me with signing up, and I was really impressed with not only the facilities but the warm of the staff. The facility is very spacious, and was not very crowded considering I arrived around 5 pm. William gave me a very nice tour and tailored it to specific areas and equipment I was interested in using. The set up of the gym is very organized, and it’s easy to find what you want to use, even with it being pretty big. This really seems like a great gym for all fitness levels and exercise types.

The gym itself is great, and the Elevate training program was also fine while I was participating. However, the cancellation process was extremely frustrating and poorly handled. The staff showed zero accountability and offered no real support. Instead of addressing the issue, they tried to blame me for supposedly “misunderstanding” the agreement. I was even charged for training sessions I never received after I had explained what the agreement was. It’s disappointing that such a good program is overshadowed by such an unprofessional cancellation/refund/sign on process.
