I normally do not write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience receiving personal training (PT) at this location.
1. When I first signed up, I was offered a one-time tryout session. After attending, I felt that the 30-minute PT and the exercise during that time did not justify the $60 session price. For the first three sessions, the trainer only guided me for about 15 minutes, with the remainder spent on a cardio machine while the trainer returned to their desk.
2. My first assigned trainer (A) double-booked my training slots twice and never apologized in person. As someone paying a significant amount for this service, I found this unacceptable.
3. After these issues, I complained and was assigned a new trainer (B). I thought everything was resolved until I noticed that trainer (A) had started booking sessions under my name. Initially, I assumed it was a mistake, but later found out that five session credits had been used even though I never trained with them. Since September, I have exchanged thirteen emails about this issue, but it remains unresolved. Response times have worsened, with the most recent reply arriving after nearly a month.
In summary, I have consistently felt that I did not receive the level of service matching what I paid for. Problem resolution is extremely slow and responses have lacked sincerity. I have decided to pursue early cancellation, pay the penalty, and terminate this contract.

I went to the location to cancel my membership back in March. They told me my account was canceled starting April. A few weeks ago(in November), I find out that they continued charging my account. I’m not the best at checking every single membership that I may have cencelled so I'm glad i noticed this charge still being taken out of my account(I was furious). Now they’re not refunding me because there’s "no proof of me canceling." So basically I’m getting penalized because somebody behind the counter didn’t do their job. Seems intentional on their end. Not to mention the bureaucracy people have to go through to even attempt to get a refund. Really sketchy business model guys!!!!! BE WARE!!!

Mr Len salesman at fitness connection was very rude I went went to gym with my sister I m member but my sister got 5 days free pass she just moved to Texas and had California id he just refused to take her pass and id saying that if she buys membership then she can use same id but with free pass she can’t use same id we told him she is going to buy membership but first she is going to try machines he was so rude didn’t even listen just kept saying that not there policy.
