I used to come to this Fitness Connection for years when it first opened but I stopped during Covid. Today I rejoined and was pleasantly surprised at all the upgrades. Z helped me join and Mehza showed me around the recovery room. It has massage chairs, compression sleeves, saunas and a cold plunge I probably won't ever use 😂. I really appreciate their help and I'm excited to take advantage of all the amenities.

Overall not great experience.
After multiple visits to this location I can honestly say I wouldn’t workout here.
The recently renovations are okay, however, I think there isn’t enough lighting, not sure if the goal was creating a different atmosphere but it feels gloomy.
Not enough wiping stations to clean the machines.
And probably the worst problem in my opinion is the dumbbell racks. The weights are spread out and never where they’re supposed to be. I understand it’s not the gym’s fault for people but they need to enforce re racking.

Mel and Gabriel are amazing employees but I must unfortunately reduce my number of stars as I have been coming to fitness connection for months now and there are multiple issues. For one, the rowing machines have been broken for months and it is my chosen form of cardio. It seems like the company is more concerned with having employees solicit sales and reviews rather than ensuring a great customer experience. On top of this, they have changed their monetization method multiple times and increased prices even though I was told I would have access to all new amenities with my current membership. I would recommend this over L.A fitness or Planet Fitness but there are things I would like to see improved.
