This gym is ridiculously awesome. All the reps high-five me when I stroll in, it's always spotless in here and the vibe is consistently electric. The weights are always up for grabs, so I can work out in comfort. I'm super stoked about the juice dude Utopya, who along with his better half, whips up insane fresh juices. He hooks me up with free samples and I'm all about how he spills the beans on each drink's benefits, which always taste ridiculously pure, like a Jamaican vacation.

The smell!! 😭 like I get it it’s a gym but the smell of musk everywhere through out the whole gym is not okay, I came at a not busy time and the musk smell is just lingering in the air.

I’ve been going here for two years and I’m so done. Just finished my workout and come out to my car being broken into , stealing my $5000 bag, work phone and work keys… this seems like a repeated issue with the same “rear driver window” smashed…. All these other reviews have the same exact story… this is all insider shit and probably planned and the same offenders… how has no one investigated this matter??? and the security onsite is a joke…all bullshit… surprised no one has sued this property yet.

This gym is nice overall, the equipment is good, and I really like that they have a women’s area. But there are several negative things you should know.
First, part of the gym smells absolutely terrible. It’s honestly hard to ignore.
Second, the trainers there pressure you a lot to sign up with them. Instead of feeling welcomed when you join, you feel pushed and uncomfortable. It feels like the trainers only care about taking your money, not actually helping you. They rush you to sign up and pay right away, and it’s not a good experience. Don’t fall for it.
Also, the bathrooms are often dirty, and sometimes they even have equipment stored in there, which is really strange.
Besides that, that’s pretty much it,
but overall, these issues really take away from the experience.

Loved the gym experience here! Great having the option to work out separately in the woman’s section and cardio theater room. Tons of equipment. The gym was clean and orderly. Soap and toilet paper were available in the bathroom. They do have a sauna which I plan to use at some point. The cycling room/ classes room looks like it’s a whole vibe! Will check out a class sometime. My only critique would be that I wish they were open earlier on the weekends. 7am for me is a late workout even on the weekend. Would be great if they opened at 5 on the weekends. The front desk gentlemen was friendly and helpful on my first day. Also, would be great to have a gym closer to 75212. Its an 11 mile drive for me but worth it! There are two gyms onsite at the property I live at but the treadmills are outdated and I personally find it incredibly motivating to workout in a space and around other people dedicated to fitness. For the size of the gym they have also mastered a nice layout that doesn’t make it feel like everyone is watching you. For the amount of equipment you have access to you still feel a sense of privacy with their layout. 10/10!

The step instructor Candace is by far the laziest unprofessional person I’ve ever ran into. Step class started at 6pm there’s only two of us there. She walks in and ask “oh are ya’ll here for step” the says “I really don’t want to teach it but it’s still on the schedule” she gets up there show us five of the laziest moves she has and then says wait turns around and starts scrolling in her phone. She scroll so long I just walked out.

All gyms have a smell right but this gym smells like sweat and bad BO. Never experienced that before, leads me to believe staff isnt cleaning properly.
I find it odd that the court is closed overnight. Members should be able to use all amenities at any time.
