This gym is really large, clean and did not have an odor to it. I enjoyed the machines the assistance with the staff showing me how to work the machines correctly. The customer service Nicole at the front was extremely professional and well-knowledged on the gym. She had a very nice attitude and a beautiful smile and explain all the products and merchandise that the gym have to promote its business. I will be coming back to this gym again.

This gym been my local gym for a year now and I never ever had a bad experience till today . I noticed the new staff is sort of rude and they seem annoyed by us memebers . Like they rush us and even Nichole which is a new worker told me it was past 10 and hurried me up from the restroom , I never had a worker talk to me like that . They fired about 3 nice guys that will always be at the front desk they always greeted me , and helped me look for machines . I really hope we get better staff again because I love this location but the workers are starting to make me uncomfortable . Well at least one worker Nichole .

I’m very disappointed with my experience at FC. I had requested to cancel my membership multiple times & even stopped attending over two months ago, yet my account continues to be charged. Despite several phone calls and messages, even emails to (Jason Sands) no one returned my calls or resolved the issue to end the membership. Jason said he would "take care" of the matter and also call back. Never did!

I felt misled about the cancellation process and the lack of follow-up from the staff was unprofessional. Transparency and accountability are important in any business, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. My FC app shows that I stopped attending 2 mons ago and I hardly used my membership specifically because the commute was too far.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and billing practices for future members.
