I’ve been coming to this gym for almost a decade and never had any issues until today. Respect goes a long way and being rude to a loyal customer and a guest is not good customer service. I’ve experienced many different mangers at this gym over the years but the current manager was extremely rude to me and my guest and had no remorse for his actions. All he cared about was “becoming GM” in his own words. Today, I was not treated with the respect of others, and something just has to be said. I hate giving bad reviews because the gym itself is great, but the energy I received today is almost enough for me to cancel my membership. Please do better and treat all of your customers with the same respect. God bless.

Got a week pass. I recently visited this gym and was impressed with the variety of machines and equipment they have—it really has a lot to offer. However, several of the machines I wanted to use were out of order, and there were no signs indicating they weren’t working. It was a bit frustrating not knowing which ones were usable. If they kept better maintenance or at least labeled the broken machines, the experience would be much smootheR

Started FC a year ago and it’s been my go to workout spot . The adjusted hours to 24 has been super helpful with my work schedule. Also the dry sauna is a great amenity My only complaint is to stay open 24 hrs through the weekend Or maybe stay open a little later . I’ve had such a great experience at this gym, and I really want to take a moment to shout out Parker for his amazing customer service. Every time I’ve had a question about my membership or needed help with something, he’s shown a real sense of urgency, patience, and professionalism. He makes sure I always leave with a clear answer, and you can tell he truly cares about helping members feel supported.

The gym itself is also outstanding. The equipment is always clean, well-maintained, and there’s a huge variety—everything from a wide selection of weight machines to smooth, well-oiled treadmills. The sauna is a major plus and always feels relaxing and well kept.

But one of my favorite parts is the women’s gym area. It’s such a positive, welcoming, body-inclusive space. I love that they’ve created an environment where every woman can feel comfortable, confident, and empowered while working out.

Overall, the atmosphere, the staff, and the facilities make this one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of. Big thanks again to Parker for going above and beyond!

I joined Fitness Connection recently after moving back to Texas. I was looking for a gym with more options than PF. I was excited about the women’s theater/workout area being private and that they had classes. However I was not told during the tour or at sign up that the classes were mainly in the evenings, so I was disappointed after signing up for a full year and for a higher price to only still be doing what I could at PF. The steam sauna is definitely nice to have. If it weren’t for classes being in the evenings (I want to get my workout done early in the day) I would have probably gave them a 5 star.
