My experience at fitness connection at the East Freeway location at Federal was magnificent... The trainer Ms Alexia is So Nice and down to earth but serious about helping you get back on track if that's what you really want to do.. she is very persistent about you coming to obtain your goals.. She will call you and stay on top of it.. she's very knowledgeable of all the techniques and forms of how to use the machines to help you.. I advise anybody to go to that location and ask for her. Update- Good gym, variety of equipment..My biggest dislike is their guest policy. $25 for a day pass is absurd! Had a friend come in town for a day and we couldn’t work out together because of this crazy price. Very disappointing. Ended up going to planet fitness, you can bring a guest and it’s cheaper.

I came to this location over a year and a half ago but decided on 24hr fitness then HNS fitness. I heard there was some remodeling and assuming new equipment so I signed up for a 5 day pass to Check it out and try them again. Well because over a year and a half ago I stopped in, my only option was pay for a day pass or membership. I still have my other gym since the contract was ending soon I wanted to try it. Why would I pay for a day pass when I have another gym. I understand policy but there was no real way to even speak. It was ok thanks bye from the person I spoke to.

Personal amable 10, limpieza 7 muchas veces no hay papel ni líquido para limpiar aparatos por eso la gente no los limpia, y en mi opinión deberían hacer carteles más grandes y visibles donde le expliquen a los clientes que deben dejar el equipo en su lugar yo batallo bastante porque cuando quiero hacer. Por ejemplo pierna los aparatos tienen como 5 pesas de las más grandes en cada lado y aparte que no puedo pierdo el tiempo quitándolas , las clases de spinning me gustan mucho pero ya no entro porque es la misma rutina siempre y ya aburre y además pura plática y juego. No se enfocan en lo que de verdad vamos a hacer ejercicio, Además ahora que va a estar cerrado el gimnasio deberían cobrar la mitad. Pues no podemos ir a otro gym que queda más lejos, porque cuando uno no va, igual te cobran todo aunque no vayas

Overall I am pleased with the gym.
This summer(2025) the gym did upgrades, I can only imagine due to another gym opening up 2 exits away.
They forgot to maintenence what they kept in house (dead tvs and warm water fountains).
I have made several reports to the front desk and spoke to the gym manager this summer before the upgrades. Maybe they forgot but they can still make these improvements.

I came today for my five day trial. After Jackson one of the staff members took me on a tour, I immediately knew this was going to be my new gym. I was impressed with the equipment variation and their treadmills are in excellent conditions which was my priority when I decided to look for another gym. I like the fact that they have a private space for women only.
