Lo único bueno de acá, es que hay muchas más máquinas que el Planet fitness pero es muy desordenado! Las máquinas están algunas viejas las mancuernas están regadas por todo el gym igual los discos, creo que deberían poner más orden con eso! Los baños huelen mucho a orine creo que

The majority (not all) of front desk clerks are rude. The equipment is embarrassingly unkept, especially the restrooms. Many leverage machines don't have the pins to secure the weights. The bench presses usually don't have the weight bars making them useless. Other machines are often found with broken cables. It's normal to see weights, paper towels, and plastic bottles scattered throughout the gym floor. The employees don't take any time to place weights back in place or clean up. This gym is cheap to join and there isn't another gym nearby so they have a lot of customers, but it's a horribly managed business. If you can afford to go somewhere else I would advise you to do it.

The Greenspoint Fitness Connection has great equipment and really nice employees, that’s definitely a plus. However, the overall experience gets ruined by how poorly some of the members treat the gym. People constantly leave weights and equipment everywhere, and it makes the place look messy. Unfortunately, the staff doesn’t seem to stay on top of cleaning or re-racking items either, so it often feels unorganized and cluttered.
If you compare it to the Champions location, the difference is night and day. Champions is cleaner, more organized, and the members there actually respect the space. Greenspoint could be a great gym if both the staff and members took more pride in keeping it up.

Milca is seriously the sweetest person at Fitness Connection. Every time I walk in, she greets me like she actually cares, not just because it’s her job. She’s super helpful, patient, and makes signing up or asking questions feel easy, not awkward. You can tell she really loves what she does. Fitness Connection is lucky to have her!!

I've been going to this gym off and on for a couple of years, I can't say anything negative about this gym. Also I want to give a shout out to Abner and Oscar at the front desk, both of these guys make me feel welcomed here. They also do a good job at racking the weights and trying to keep the floor clean while maintaining good connection with the clients. Thank you so much for adding heavy bags as well, been doing combat sports for 3 years so it's nice to hit the bag. Keep up the good work everyone.
