The sauna rarely works and the staff are not helpful. Too many treadmills are not workings. The staff need customer service training. No greeting just dead stares. I often feel as if I work at FC because I greet them first.

This gym has a lot of potential and overall isn’t a bad place to train. The facility is generally clean, and I often see third-party cleaning staff maintaining the space. There’s a solid variety of machines for every muscle group, and the pricing is reasonable. Another big positive is that it never feels overcrowded, whether I come in the morning or the afternoon — unlike other gyms in the area such as Planet Fitness or Crunch.

That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. A significant amount of free weights are often missing or misplaced, which makes finding the right dumbbells more difficult than it should be. For example, I’ve seen heavy dumbbells where the lighter ones belong, and vice versa. It seems like members aren’t putting equipment back properly, and staff don’t always step away from the front desk to manage the floor.

It would help if members were reminded to clean machines after use and re-rack their weights correctly. Staff performing regular walkthroughs throughout the day to reorganize equipment would also make a noticeable difference.

On rainy days, I’ve noticed water puddles forming near the leg machines; although there were no caution signs during my visit, it’s something worth addressing for safety.

I did see a sign offering an incentive for leaving a five-star review, but I believe constructive feedback is more valuable. Honest input helps the gym improve and better serve its members.

Overall, I would recommend this gym — it just needs a bit more attention and consistency to reach its full potential, and I hope management takes these points into consideration.

So I was on the treadmill, feeling good, vibing to my playlist, when suddenly my shoelace got caught and I flew off like a ragdoll in slow motion. Before I hit the ground, Victor came sliding in like a baseball player, caught me midair, and Damian was already there with a towel and a bottle of water like, “Easy, soldier. You’ve done enough cardio for today.”

Then they carried me back to the weight floor like royalty, set me on a bench, and Damian whispered, “Legends don’t fall—they just take dramatic rests.” I swear the whole gym clapped.

If you ever trip, faint, or just need emotional support mid-set, find Victor and Damian. They’ll save your life, your pride, and your gains. 🦸‍♂️🏋️‍♂️

So I was mid-set doing curls, trying to impress this one girl by pretending my 20s were 50s. Halfway through, my arms gave out, and the dumbbells went flying—one almost hit the ceiling fan. Before I could even blink, Victor dove like he was in The Matrix, caught BOTH weights mid-air, and Damian slid in with a protein shake like, “Drink this. You’re not ready for 50s yet, champ.”

Then they gave me a motivational speech so powerful the lights flickered, and the gym playlist changed to Eye of the Tiger automatically. I left that day with bigger biceps, higher self-esteem, and a newfound belief in gym miracles.

If you ever see Victor and Damian, just know you’re in the presence of greatness. 11/10 would fail my curls again just to see them in action.

They have to much going on. How do you come in for a 5 day pass and they ask you a million questions….. I just came here to work out!! The man with the curly hair Damien is atrocious ! They will not let you use the 5 day pass if you don’t stay within 5 miles. But not he suggested another location that’s over 5 miles but he says I can use the 5 day pass there. Called corporate and the said I was within the allotted distance and that I could come and utilize the 5 day pass. Don’t call the location because they will lie! If you do talk to the manager.

Whoever is in charge of this gym needs to resign. This gym is dirty, filthy, and needs a whole restoration. The women’s area has water stains from water leaks to the ceiling, and the equipment is always out of order. The water fountains have calcium buildup and is just plain dirty. Restrooms aren’t clean and sinks have calcium buildup and are dirty.
