I’d like to start this off by saying I would recommend this gym 100%, for starters you have front desk, Mateo truly gets you pumped up as soon as you walk in, he’s very friendly and full of energy that I feel myself getting in a really good mood as I walk in, I also had some confusion about payment stuff and prices but he explained everything so well I felt comfortable asking him question about everything that I was unsure of, and he was very patient with me which I appreciate a lot, that kind of behavior and energy makes me want to keep coming back. Seriously great costumer service!!! Would recommend.

I was having an issues getting logged on to my account and after getting the run around with the customer service I ended up calling the Irving location and got in contact with a rep name Matt. When I say this guy was a life saver he was nothing short of that. He listed to my issues he, he took the time to look into my account and see exactly what the issues were. He asked if I could stop by the gym and I did just that and we got everything resolved. Big thank to you Matt I really appreciate you man. My 5 star rating is not for FC it’s for Matt because without your support I would have left a 1 star review based off my experience with CS team. So again thank you Matt for all that you did today.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. The first few months were ok, but Jess and Bruce have made me feel 1000 times better about coming in. They give me accountability, as I feel like I’m bailing on a workout buddy on days I miss. Unfortunately, as of recently I’ve noticed the female manager on duty is very demeaning to the staff. Unprofessional to the point of over hearing inappropriate conversations with staff and seeing her in the parking lot with another member in a compromising position. I’ve seen a few managers come through here and hope that this person does not drive away loyal staff and members alike.
