I just moved to Texas and this was the first gym I went to. Chyna made sign up easy. The equipment is amazing. And CLEAN. I hate when gyms feel cramped and there’s like 200+ machines and I didn’t feel cramped AT ALL. It’s so so nice.

Look I’ve always like this gym but I regret saying yes in getting the help as a trainer when you get a trainer at Fitness Connection is not with Fitness is a whole other company called Elavate Fitness.
They have ruin my credit for something they never even did with me . The person that sign me up was super nice but the service was not it I had paid with with money ahead !!! I paid $200 cash and the rest with card !!! Still wanted to charge me after I had cancel that made no sense when I didn’t even got the service theres proof in the system, I wanted to get a trainer so many times and only one time I got train …. Please don’t fall for there scam in Mesquite Fitness Connection now I don’t know what to do I paid them ahead and wanted to charge me monthly . When that’s not what I was being mention when I got explain, I was paying for the service not a monthly fee because here I am trying to be train and nobody had time with my schedule . It has been the worst experience ever they sent me to Jp who’s the one in charged all he did cancel and was told to message them through email . To find out it mess up my whole credit because they wasn’t pay for a service I didn’t receive is a whole scam and is so mess up and they should mention that to the customers as soon they sign up because does details are very important! Please I repeat DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ELEVATE FITNESS……. I’m so upset 😭 all my money for waste and still they want more for something they didn’t do…. Plus mess up my credit 30 points because of them …. I don’t deserve this nobody does ….
