My husband and I have been going this gym for years and we love it! It's affordable, with a good atmosphere and different equipment, a lot of which are now brand new. I love that they have racquetball and basketball court as well as a swimming pool. I also like the privacy of the Women's weight lifting section and the functional training area. We will never leave this gym!

The gym is very nice & lots of variety of machines BUT the woman’s restrooms is DISGUSTING. It’s dirty and stinks so bad. The locker/changing room floor is always wet and dirty due to the pool and there’s trash in the changing room for days and no one has cleaned up.

Horrible. Paid extra just to be on the plan without commitment was told by Raul (soon to be manager) once I wanted out it would be no issue an would have to pay for that month I didn’t even go to ? (totally fine wtvv),, once your in they don’t care literally. He didn’t explain hardly nothing about my plan just gibberish about him,, nor did a tour how I seen other people,, I didn’t end up like the gym an when I tried canceling 6DAYS into my plan I got the run around from everyone in the front desk they have all those workers for what? The movie room stinks an is hot. also do not keep up with the girls work out room,, I canceled my “commitment” that I NEVER had, nor given any acknowledgement that I would still be paying after I canceled a month an a half ago !? They’re stillll charging my card. I’d go else where they suck customer service wise,, cleaning wise an steals your money.

Every session is customized. He doesn’t rush you, he pays attention, and he wants you to succeed just as much as you do. The results came fast: more energy, better strength, and real changes in my body that other trainers couldn’t help me get.

My personal fitness manager is Kevin Occil. I started out at 275lbs and in just over two months dropped to 250lbs. He is extremely structured, answers all questions and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. He invests in his clients, and keeps you accountable. Every time I show up for a session I know my body is going to be challenged and I always have a sense of accomplishment at the end. He is extremely encouraging and knows how to help you get the results you are looking for. My body is still a work in progress but I already have a much easier time moving around, I’m feeling stronger and my over all stamina has significantly increased. I’d highly recommend him!

I was recently happy with the new updated gym floor set up with some new machines. The thing that still lacks of the gym is cleanliness. This is how the water fountain looked when I went, clogged with slime and hair. This is the only water fountain in the whole big gym. Locker room still lacks cleanliness but gym members have some of the fault too for keeping the locker room dirty. One day I saw a man shaving his beard in the sink and he left all his beard hair around the sink area. Good gym just needs work on being more strict with cleanliness.

Signing up for this gym was quick and easy, they’ll call and email you nonstop to get you to join. But when it comes to canceling your membership, it’s a completely different story. I’ve called customer service more than 20 times, each time waiting over 20 minutes just to try to speak with someone, and still haven’t been able to reach anyone. It’s extremely frustrating and feels intentionally difficult to cancel. This experience has definitely changed my opinion of the gym and its customer service.

Update *** The manager personally reached out and was able to cancel my membership without hesitation. This gym could be a great fit for anyone who enjoys participating in various group classes and also need childcare while working out. I only had to cancel secondary to injuries related to a car accident.
