Love all the options but wish they stopped messing with the schedule so much I usually come mornings with the exception of Tuesday. All the coaches are great but wish Romo had more classes. I Was bummed when they removed the Tuesday night kettlebell class(she’s one of the best instructors I’ve ever had) I had not been challenged like this in a long time.

Fitness connection is an amazing gym, but the real reason I continue to drive the distance go to fitness connection is because of the Kids Club. Let’s face it, there are many good gyms in San Antonio but trusting someone with your child is the challenging part. Destiny has been there since I started from day one, she is absolutely amazing. She gave me the trust in the beginning to continue going and the fun my son has and wanting to go to kids club everyday shows how amazing the environment is! All of the Kid’s Club Employees are amazing!

Heriberto was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me reach my fitness goals. They don’t honor 5 day pass ,so don’t bother. They tell you, you need an appointment, when it doesn’t say anything about that while registering for the pass. Also, if you have been to any other FC in the city, you can’t use the 5 day pass, which again, is not stated anywhere. Once you speak with the consultant they just try to make you sign up for a membership. Complete waste of my time. Especially because i drove 25 minutes to try this gym.

The little girl at the front counter , with the sparkly nails, is just rude and has a bad attitude. That is never someone you should have at your front desk.

Illusion of a large selection, there are only so many machines worth using. And when they break it will take months until they are fixed. The only good leg extension machine hasn't been fixed for months, and instead of fixing they just changed the date on the sign they put on it. Solid gym otherwise

For some of the people who have said they add fees after you sign up couldn’t be more wrong!!! I’ve been a member since day 1 and haven’t seen (NO) added or extra fees on my account.

Fitness Connection should really review this partnership, because these sales practices reflect directly on their brand and the member experience.
