The gym is new, the machines are plentiful and are in working order. Lots of room to do cardio, free weights and an indoor basketball court!! Perfect gym BUT.... the staff in not interested in any of the members, not friendly, very much about their phones, and chatter within their groups. The bathrooms are dirty, the lockers are stinky and soiled with old socks, the showers don't have the refillable soap.
Its a great place to work out and shower, but lots of house keeping needed. This complacent staff attitude is what makes a good gym turn into a dump.

Edit - Since the last Hyrox competition they had the gym decided to move all the rowing machines into the Group Fitness room and lock the door. They’ve only left 2 good rowers out and now there’s not enough for others to use outside the group room. Very disappointed as that was one of the main reasons I liked this gym is the fact they have so many pieces of equipment available. But now it seem like you’ll have to fight for a rower as I’m not the only one that wants to use it at 5am 🤨😡
Valerie was awesome! We went in for a tour and we signed up immediately. Love that there’s a sauna and a women’s area if I’m feeling self conscious doing my workouts l. 5a workouts here I come

The gym is clean and maintained however I did not know you had to sign up for a membership after trying the gym? Mind you, they are offering a 5 day free pass. I went on a Saturday morning to see if I can try the gym with my daughter and they said I couldn’t because my daughter was 13 and that I needed to sign her up for a membership first, I understood because it made sense. That day I spoke to Valeria and she was so kind and so was the manager in charge, very kind and polite. I did mention I would come back but alone to try the gym. I came back today Monday to see if I could now try the gym but by myself and it was so weird.
Crystal another manager made it seem in order to use the gym I had to schedule an appointment to sign up for a membership. I felt a bit uncomfortable because i just wanted to try the gym (machines) first and later on I’ll decide if i wanted to sign up or not. I’ve tried gyms in the past and Ive had sign up for a gym a year or months later. Why give a free 5 day pass then? I would decide when I want to sign up. I don’t need to set up an appointment. I’ll come back when I want to not when yall want me to. So uncomfortable 😣

I had a great experience at the gym thanks to Sierra at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a big smile and a friendly attitude that made me feel welcome right away.
