My experience with the Webster location has been very positive ever since joining. I've seen multiple staff come and go but it hasn't changed the fact that the gym has everything I need to get things done. Kris at the front has been very welcoming and professional. Even though he's a Seattle Seahawks fan. Nobody is perfect .

This location calls me twice a day even I have never attended this location nor have I ever registered a fitness connection account officially or as a guest. This is incredibly rude and annoying. 5 stars for Hattie! She’s the perfect mix of professional and downright awesome. She answers every question I have, even the ones I’m pretty sure she’s answered for me 12 times already and still does it with a smile. She keeps the gym running smoothly, keeps members happy and coming back, and honestly might be the only reason I don’t fake an injury to skip leg day. Fitness Connection is lucky to have her! Seriously though, Hattie and Justys make it fun and keep me laughing and make every visit an ab day! Love it here!

Had a great session with Noah R. here at Fitness Connection. He’s a trainer who actually pushes you and makes you challenge yourself in the best way possible. Incredibly knowledgeable…not just about workouts, but about muscle groups, form, technique, and how to get the most out of every movement. You can tell training is something he takes seriously, and the motivation you get from him makes you realize you’re capable of much more than you think.
Noah doesn’t just guide you through workouts, he helps you tap into strength and confidence you didn’t even know you had. Every session feels intentional, challenging, and motivating, and he notices things most trainers overlook, which makes a noticeable difference fast.
No time is wasted and there’s never any going through the motions. Working with Noah has genuinely been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. He is an absolutely incredible trainer that is skilled, knowledgeable, and committed, but what truly sets him apart is that his approach goes far beyond just physical workouts. Noah doesn’t just train your body he trains your mind, your discipline, and your sense of overall well-being.
From day one, Noah made it clear that wellness is more than reps and sets. He helps you understand the connection between physical strength and mental strength, and how one supports the other. His sessions are challenging in the best way, intentionally designed to push you while still meeting you exactly where you are. He pays attention to form, progress, and limitations, and tailors everything to what you need.
What stands out the most is his ability to motivate. Noah knows how to pull the best out of you even when you think you have nothing left. He encourages without criticizing, pushes without overwhelming, and celebrates every little win along the way. There were days I walked in mentally drained, and somehow walked out feeling recharged and proud of myself. He is the kind of trainer who cares about your whole wellness journey, not just the physical results.
He creates a positive, supportive environment where you feel safe to grow, change, and challenge yourself. He checks in, follows up, and makes you feel like your goals actually matter. Working with him has given me more confidence, better habits, and a completely different mindset toward fitness.

Love this gym but PLEASE extend the hours or better yet 24/7. Was so disappointed today when I went to workout at 7:30 pm and found out it had already closed at 7. Everything else is great honestly I love the woman’s center, the cinema room inside of it. The sauna , the bathroom and locker room are always clean.
