I appreciate the energy Austin brings to every training session. He makes working out enjoyable and motivating, which isn’t always easy! What I love is how he personalizes the training program for each of us, gradually increasing the workload in a way that feels challenging but not overwhelming. It’s clear he knows exactly how to push us while still keeping it manageable.

Austin’s knowledge doesn’t stop at the workout, either. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition, and his advice has made a big difference in our daily diet. The combination of both tailored workouts and solid diet tips has really helped us see progress.

All of this started on YouTube, where I saw an Olympic weight lifting reel, that was one of the coolest things I'd seen. Even though I've been working out for the past 20ish years, I had never once tried Olympic weight lifting. Tried it on my own, and realized that building bad technique could lead to injury in this sport and started looking for a coach. This is when I came across Austin. We've been training once a week at his gym and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He has exceptional technique, an eye for detail, and his feedbacks on things like form, muscle engagement, speed, strength etc. are pure gold!! If you are new to weight lifting and looking for a great trainer to keep you on your tracks to hit your goal, or a seasoned gym-bro/gal who is bored of Squats and Deadlift... and want to try something more challenging both physically and mentally give this guy a shot, I can guarantee you will not regret it.

Austin worked with me as a personal trainer meeting once a week for over three months. Austin is a fantastic personal trainer. He was excellent at listening to what I wanted during the consultation and crafting an experience that worked great for my fitness level and goals. For example, I always struggled with weight training exercises that require prolonged grip of the squat bar but Austin always made sure to work with me on finding different grips and positions that kept me safe and comfortable throughout the exercises so I could put that focus and energy where it needed to be. I’m an older woman with psoriatic arthritis,and osteoporosis. I have had multiple body breaks during my lifetime. As I have gotten older my pain levels could be very intense.
Andrey knew exactly what exercises to start me with, and how to slowly add to my exercise routine to help me.
I lost pounds and gained muscle tone. She also had me doing exercise homework. And that was exactly what I needed. My balance and movement are so much better. And my pain levels are not so bad anymore because I keep following her exercise plan put together just for me and my body issues.

Andrey has to be the most patient and positive trainer ever. She always makes sure to have a positive mindset while training and is great at encouraging you to keep going. Even on days where I don't have the energy to exercise, Andrey will motivate me to go even harder than before. I want to start this by saying I have been on my weight loss journey for well over 10 years, I have tried every diet, fad, challenge, app, and nutrition coaches. I have always had quick but temporary solutions to losing weight. I have had coaches write me day to day meal plans and tell me what to do and when to do it. The problem was that once we stopped working together, I didn’t know what to do from there. Last year I joined a new gym and was adamant I would never do nutrition again. After a couple weeks I decided to give it one last shot. I was paired with Austin and let me tell you, it has been life changing. When we first started, he told me flat out he would not be giving me a day-to-day meal plan, but he would be teaching me how to live a healthy lifestyle. I was so mad, I wanted someone to tell me exactly what to do but I had already locked in and was willing to see where it took me. We met once a week and he would listen to my daily habits, and he would give me feedback that at first, I wasn’t really taking because to me it was just another “diet” I was going to fail. After 2 months of not really getting anywhere I decided to try listening to what he had to say. I started logging everything I ate, meals, snacks, and even if I took a bite off my kid's plate, I logged it. I was shocked to see how poor my choices were, I had always justified a snack here or there because it was just a small bite, or I had a healthy breakfast. Once I started really utilizing Austin that’s when my entire life began to change. I know that sounds dramatic but let me explain. Austin read my food diary daily and would let me know how each meal was affecting me, he would let me know what choices I should be making instead. I was eating a breakfast that I thought was as healthy as it got because another nutrition coach told me to eat it, Austin not only told me it wasn’t, but he educated me on why it wasn’t. He didn’t just say don’t eat that, he would tell me let’s not eat this instead let’s do this and with each meal he would educate me on why or why not I should be eating a certain food. He broke down the benefits of what he was suggesting and why it was a better option. So, I started to learn to really look at food in a different way. I am constantly asking questions because I have grown to trust Austin when he gives me an answer. He doesn’t just say “it’s better for you” he is extremely knowledgeable, and it makes the difference between healthy eating and mediocre eating. Austin has never left me hanging, I will tell him I am going out to eat and ask for guidance and he will look the menu up and give me options and explain why he is giving those options. He checks on me and listens to me even when I’m complaining. I have lost a considerable amount of weight and know that I have finally found the key to reaching my goals. The secret is a coach like Austin, knowledgeable, compassionate, honest, and an amazing accountable partner. I don’t feel like I’m alone, he is on the journey with me and for the first time in my life I feel like the wins I have are going to be permanent wins. Austin has taught me that it’s a process and I need to learn to be patient and I am able to do that because I trust Austin. He gives me advice about working out and I have taken that advice and it’s completely changed the way I work out. I could go on for pages about Austin. He is not just a coach; he is out here changing lives for the better and I am so thankful I decided to try one more time because Austin is truly a coach worth having. I constantly tell him he’s priceless because he has become so important and necessary to my day-to-day life. I know once I reach me goals, I will still be going to Austin for coaching. He’s not just helping reach goals, he’s changing the way you live your life for the better.
