*edited- one week after my original post they doubled the price so that wasn’t great. They took out the cycle class to make space for a completely empty “posing room”. Now that the price isn’t much different than any other big box gym and doesn’t include classes or any amenities it isn’t that great of a deal. It’s also always insanely hot. It’s hot in the summer making you think the AC doesn’t work well but then it’s also super hot in the winter so they are just keeping it hot on purpose

This is an absolutely amazing gym for an affordable price. They don’t have many classes anymore which is my only complaint. The equipment is great, it is 24/7, and they have a lot of squat racks. I wish they would bring back body pump though so if they read this 🙏

This place is garbage. Someone used my phone number to sign up here and never paid their bill. So now I get her phone calls everyday saying she’s owes them money. There is never a manager on duty, no one will correct the issue. Garbage place of business.

Original Review: Unexpectedly large gym, Great Sauna, Plenty of Machines and Free Weights.

Updated Review: I moved away from this gym two years ago. I have completed the cancellation process three times over the past two years. Yet, every year, they suddenly attempt to send me to collections.

Last year, After four times trying to reach someone, I spoke to the manager and several employees who said I was “Good” and that it was cancelled and it was an error.

Last week, I got notice that it was going to collections AGAIN. But I haven’t stepped foot in that gym in over two years. This is a crappy scam and I hope to god the owners get this under control. There’s a whole thread on Reddit where this happened to 10+ people last week alone.

By far, this is the worst gym ever they try to say I owe them $356 and I haven’t worked out at that place over a year and a half. I stopped the service and they’re still trying to charge i’m not paying one single cent specially if I haven’t worked out there take me to court. I’m ready by far. Feedback on Gym Layout and Improvements

The front desk staff is consistently excellent very personable and welcoming both upon entering and leaving the gym. Their energy sets a great tone for the experience.

That said, the current “booty room” seems to be underutilized and doesn’t justify the space or cost it likely required to build. If the goal is to increase member satisfaction and attract more sign-ups, I would recommend repurposing that area into a more functional and versatile training zone.

Here’s a suggested upgrade:
• Replace the current setup with turf flooring
• Add one machine per major muscle group
• Include 2–3 battle ropes, 2 sleds, a compact stretching area, and a set of tractor tires

By marketing this new performance area, the gym could easily see a membership increase of at least 25%. Functional spaces like this appeal to a broader range of users, from casual members to more serious athletes.

Outside of that, the gym’s aesthetics are solid overall clean and inviting. A few equipment updates would help modernize the space, but the location and layout are definitely strong assets.

I recently joined Fitness Nation in Arlington and had a great experience right from the start. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a solid mix of machines, free weights, and cardio options. What really made the difference for me, though, was Barbara. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She personally walked me through the facility, explained the membership options clearly, and took time to show me how everything works. It made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Fitness Nations is an awesome gym. You receive the experience as soon as you walk through the door when you meet the ladies at the front desk. Barbara and Valeria. They are extremely helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are ok before you even begin to work out. Also the cleaning lady Juanita is a gem. She works so hard and doesn’t take a break and makes sure that the place stays immaculately clean. Fitness Nations is one of the best gyms I’ve been to and I had several other memberships until I came here and cancelled them all. If your in the area give it a try and I’m sure you will contemplate purchasing a membership. 💯💯

I joined this gym when I first moved here in 2019. It was convenient and the price was reasonable. I still believe that. It’s a no frills gym but has a good number of cardio machines, and a good selection of free weights and machines. I do wish they had a rowing machine - I’ve been asking since I joined - but I must be the only one who wants it.
This is a good place for a solid workout. The price is low but it’s worth what I pay. And everyone is friendly and helpful - staff and fellow members. Feels like a family after all these years. But add that rowing machine!!

Es un excelente lugar para entrenar nunca he tenido algún problema el lugar es limpio. las personas que atienden son respetuosas la mayoría son bilingües me gusta ir por las mañanas porque está más desocupado pero si bas por la tarde igual al máquinas disponibles porque el grande el gimnacio lo recomiendo ampliamente y el cobro por mes es cómodo para cualquiera el único pero que le pongo es que me gustaría que hubiera algún entrenador gratuito que estuviera ahí por si tienes dudas sobre los ejercicios o máquinas eso sería genial.
