I moved to a different city and when I wanted to cancel I was told to send the letter to the address listed on the contract or pay $50 to cancel immediately. I sent the letter in July and its September and they are still charging me. They never answer the phone, and when you go to the location its a hit or miss to find a worker there.

Pésimo servicio al cliente te estafan te cobran $50 dólares para cancelar la membresía y no la cancelan es mentira al contrario te roban más de tu tarjeta lo más recomendable es mandar una carta a una dirección que ellos te deben dar diciendo porque quieres cancelar es más seguro..

Es un Gym que me gusta. Porque hay suficiente espacio. El único problema es que debería de estar abierto a las 8:00 am y abren 15 o 20 min, tarde. La mayoría de las veces.

DO NOT GO HERE , they are charging me 50 dollars just to cancel, they eat your money, i have a baby otw and they took 60 dollars the first time and the second time 44 when i only been going to the gym 1 week! Do not go here is a scam, the equipment is not even good !

My mom's payment was $11.99 and she had already canceled the membership. Yet they charged her $62.98 I hope they can refund her the money because I've had 6 surgeries nd 5 ingrown nails removed nd we aren't doing too well to be getting robbed.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I’ve only came here twice and cancelled my membership afterwards due to the fact that I was far from the location. I was still getting charged even after going up there and cancelling my membership I had to pay $200 to cancel and I was still being charged !! Every time I call Teo is not there he has the WORST customer service ever abs he will rip you off! Be careful save your money and look elsewhere!

Great gym.
Lately, they have been keeping up with all Covid-19 preventative measures and also have gone above and beyond by sterilizing all equipment daily and cleaning machines with disinfectant after every use. Masks and gloves are required, but it's not that bad. Just part of living through a pandemic.
Great variety of machines. They added some new ones a few weeks ago, but I don't know what they are called. Haven't tried them yet.
Overall, it's a great experience to exercise here.

This gym is the best that I've been to. They are very clean, professional, attentive, and best of all great price for everything you get access to! Ever since they expanded the gym, it's so much more comfortable to be there. And their classes are awesome! Definitely would recommend!

I just called to cancel my membership and when someone answered I told them can I speak to someone regarding this and they hung up on me. I called back several times and no answer. How rude and unprofessional of them. 2:30 I doubt it too was busy for them to answer.

It is a small private gym with the necessary equipment to get a good work out to. Classes and private trainers are also offered! They are getting a little busier so hopefully they expand the business, work out equipment and the hours. But I still enjoy this gym and enjoy everybody that goes there. Tambien se habla Espanol!
