We offer Personal Training Programs for the Older Adult Community. We help you build strong muscles, improve balance, increase endurance levels, become more flexible and mobile so you stay ACTIVE as you AGE!
We offer Personal Training Sessions IN-Studio and LIVE-Remote Online.
Three different sessions from which to choose: Private (1-on-1), Duo (2-on1) or Trio (3-on-1).
Our Personal Training Programs focus on safe exercise moves that are engaging,, inspiring, innovative and fun.
We've been helping our Older Community stay active as they age since 2012!

I became a Fitness to Function member shortly before my 60th birthday. I was looking to keep myself strong, fit & agile before age crept up on my body. I’d tried “bootcamps” and memberships at gyms but was needing something different. I found what I was looking for at Fitness to Function. Dianne has true interest in me & my health. The workouts are never the same & tailored for me. One of the best decisions I’ve made. It’s been just over 2 years & I’m going strong thanks to coach Dianne & coach Courtney, they’re the best!!!!!

I’ve been a client of Fitness to Function for 2 years now. The trainers combine a fun and energizing environment with great workouts to build strength, mobility and endurance. I have gained muscle and lost weight all while having a good time. I always feel better after my workouts. I thought it was so helpful, I recently started having my teenage son go to build strength as well. One of my best decisions! Best kept secret in Spicewood!

Right before my 60th birthday, I realized that I needed to get in shape for an extravagant birthday beach vacation. I've now been training with Dianne at Fitness to Function for over 9 years. At 69 years old, I just spent 4 days hiking in Cinque Terre in the Italian Riviera. Every hike started with " first you go up ..." about 1800 feet in elevation, and hiked 4-6 hours. I couldn't have done it without FTF.
