I used to love this gym But I got kicked out because I kept letting the employee there know that there's a woman who was always coming after me and pushing me She didn't care that I am pregnant so I kept on complaining about her to the employers and all they said was that I keep bringing problems I asked what do you mean that I bring problems? If all I do is just let y'all know what's been going on and that I had already pressed charges on her all I'm doing is just letting y'all know so y'all know what's going on and they decided to kick me out today The boss was very rude when I called her. So was the employe . That's just not fair They kicked me out and treated me like I was the problems telling me to leave while that other woman was working out And laughing, that's insane. I just care for my baby's safety I was not gonna let somebody threaten me and push me in the bathroom

I have been there for almost 5 years, no problems caused just went in and did my workout. Tuesday april 15th, I was going in to do my workout around lunch time with my daughter, granted I never go in at that time nor do I ever take my daughter. I had no one to watch her that day so I brought her with me. The owner was there while I checked in and asked what my daughter was going to do. I said sit beside me on her tablet as I worked out and she said no, then I asked if she could sit at the table in the front and she said no again. Granted I usually go in, in the afternoon and she allows her friends bring there kids in the afternoon and sit at the table. So If you want a gym that plays favoritism then this is the gym for you. In conclusion, I have canceled my membership because I don't play when it comes to my daughter or how I was treated.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Fitness 1440 in Longview, Texas, which left me quite disappointed and deterred from joining their gym. Despite having signed up online for a complimentary 3-day pass to trial the facilities, the interaction at the front desk was less than welcoming.

Upon arrival, I approached the reception where a staff member was present. I explained that I had registered for the free pass and was eager to start my trial. Unexpectedly, the response from the lady at the desk was not only unhelpful but also confrontational. She accused me of attempting to "screw [her] over 10 dollars," an accusation that was both confusing and embarrassing, considering my intentions were merely to evaluate the gym's environment and services before committing to a membership.

The situation was not resolved in a satisfactory manner, and I was denied access to the gym facilities. This interaction was particularly disappointing as I had hoped to find a local gym where customer service matched the quality of the facilities. Unfortunately, this initial experience has made me reconsider whether Fitness 1440 is the right choice for my fitness goals.

Overall, the unwelcoming attitude at the front desk was a major deterrent. It is important for all potential customers to feel valued and respected, and unfortunately, my experience was far from it. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique, emphasizing the need for improved customer service to match the promising aspects of Fitness 1440’s offerings.

Ive met most the people who work at this gym. All seem professional, educated. And i have personally seen most of them work out after they get off work. They still answer questions and help after hours. I have no clue why the negative post. Anyone who thinks a gym should cater to you. Your wrong. You get what you put in. I go everyday. Its highly clean and sanitized. Only issues we have is some dont rerack weights. If thats the only downfall then the place is doing well. Wanna work out and meet decent people. Fitness 1440 on the loop is where its at.

My husband Denny, and I, have enjoyed coming to fitness 1440. It is clean, employees are friendly, and it has everything we need for a good workout! We are going to miss it, and y’all, during this closure time. But we know it is a necessary move and beyond your control. We will be back as soon as you’re back open!

I love Fitness 1440! I’m new to the gym and I absolutely love it and my personal trainer Lani is awesome and just as caring as can be! The gym is very clean with updated equipment and a great friendly staff!

It's okay. For the price in comparison to other gyms you might expect more amenities. But, don't. Minimum facility. It's generally clean and they do have towel service so that's a plus. The tanning beds do not heat up. The lady's locker room has one 4ft bench and there's on average 5-6 women getting ready when I'm there. People don't re-rack their weights. I go here bc it's close to work.

One of the trainers signed two of my friends up for a “special” deal that included paying $30 for the entire year and would have to pay an additional $30 for equipment charges four months after signing up but my friends were still charged the normal rate of $30 per month. They did not sign any cancellation contract and when they wanted to cancel their membership the trainer said they must pay for a full year (roughly $400 ) in order to cancel the agreement. When my friends told them about the “special” that the trainer initially caught their attention with, he seemed clueless of the situation. Honestly the facility is small but it has everything you need to get a good workout in. The trainers seemed pretty cool except the one who lied to my friends in order to get people signed up under his name. He would also give me and my friends a smug look every time we would come in. If you are going to be a trainer or better bring your A game and a smile on your face even on the worst of days. Being a trainer is about helping others and being selfless, something that trainer lacked.

Tanning beds. Stereo plays music and am able to hear it in most parts of the gym. Big TV's in most areas so that you may catch your favorite sports from almost any angel. They offer smoothies and personal training during most days. Clean, nice layout gym, great color scheme and some inspirational phrases and images on the walls.

This gym has a lot of great qualities. It's clean and the equipment is good quality. Stephanie and her staff work hard to accommodate the clients. Having been a gym owner for 10 years I know what to look for. This is a great gym!
