We are a family owned, faith based gym. Our mission is to improve lives through fitness! We respect that everyone is not on the same fitness journey and strive to help each person take that journey no matter where they are!
We offer gym only, gym and classes, and personal training memberships (no contracts)! Our group classes are designed to encourage & push you on your level. They are a combination of strength training and cardio!

Casey and Sandi make this gym feel welcoming to everyone — whether you’re a new member or have been here for years. The training classes are excellent, with plenty of time options to fit around your work schedule. You won’t find another gym like this one: faith-based, family-oriented (kids are welcome!), and built on a strong sense of community that you can feel the moment you walk through the doors.

I joined this gym for 2 months while on a rotation in Lufkin for school and now am back in Houston and constantly am thinking how I wish I could find a gym like Fitt Life!! I ended up doing most of the classes here which I loved — the owners were amazing and I instantly felt so welcomed by everyone there. Definitely recommend even if you’re only able to join for a month or two

We had our 4 year old son’s bday party at FittLife and it was a blast! All the kiddos enjoyed a personal coaching & walk through of the ninja obstacle course, a floor is lava game, + an epic nerf gun battle!
Casey stays right there with the kids to ensure safety and understanding of all the ninja fun!
Our son will be talking about this birthday for years to come!

Cheapest day pass I could find in Lufkin. Staff is friendly. Equipment is older, but they have everything you need to get a full work out in. Also clean and not crowded.

What a great place! We were visiting family for a few days and REALLY needed 2 of our sons to exert some energy before getting back on the road and they totally DELIVERED!!! We will definitely be back next year and for years to come when we visit! Added plus: Great Christian atmosphere!

Casey and Sandi are two of the kindest people. They regularly contribute to community events, and always do what they can to be involved and help out. They have a great gym family that's supportive and uplifting. I'd highly recommend for anyone to check them out who has fitness needs and goals!

Great gym option in Lufkin. Ninja course and obstacles are great for spicing up your training. 24/7 access. Weights, treadmills, etc. as well. Weekly classes too!

Fitt Life is the best gym in all of Lufkin! It is the only gym that has outside obstacles and even has obstacles for kids too! This is a great family gym and I can't wait to go back!
