I had my 1st class with Kayla on 04.28.2025, we worked on legs & core! I went in extremely overzealous. After lots of chitchat, an awesome workout, working on my form, and dance-worthy music. I left with my brain turned off, and purchased the introductory classes offered. I’m ecstatic to finally find a form of fitness that works for me! Pilates is truly life changing.

On 05.01.2025, I noticed the muscles around my right knee are stronger after a childhood injury left them weaker. I walk down stairs more gracefully than before when I was clumsy & scared of falling. I’m officially hooked on having more classes! Next class will be upper body with Joshua, and I’m so excited to resume my fitness journey with this amazing team! This time, I’m showing up for myself! Come join me in class, yeah?! I love to meet new people!
