I have not had great experiences with this gym. I initially signed up my twin daughters and informed them that one has autism. I was told that was fine they have two instructors to the class. That was not true, the second instructors only stayed for roughly 10-15 minutes. I did have to withdraw her from class. Next, there were classes held in the facility and there was no running water in the building. There were buckets filled with water for the small children to flush the toilets, and no running water for their hands. Children were spreading germs all over the equipment. The gym did not close down for the day, nor did they send an email or phone explaining the situation.

We love Flips!!! The staff is excellent, the coaches are fun, and the building is enormous with tons of parking. You don't have to take classes there in order to enjoy their Fun Fridays. It's a great way to let the kiddos run off some energy at the end of the week! Thank you, Kelley, for providing such an awesome place for the kids!🤩

Horrible disastrous experience with this children's gym We had our children enrolled in classes for several months but we totally regret to been there Because they make you pay the months in advance because They do not complete the classes that you already paid for in advance also the person who work at front desk es awful horrible administración we really do not recommend this gymnastics for your children because they will scam you out of your money be aware.

My 5 yo twin girls started attending flips summer 2022. Half way through the 2023 season they changed the instructor for the 4:45p Wed evening class. The new instructor is very young, and inexperienced with small children. On her first day assisting during the class a little girl fell from the rope wall from about 8ft up bc she failed to supervise and spot her properly. on 1/25 one of my daughters was improperly landing into a flip so she was diving straight on to her head from a run, jump, flip sequence. The supervision was so bad that she was able to do this 3 times in a row when it was no longer her turn bc the instructor was not paying attention! I had to jump into the class and yell at my child to STOP in fear she was going to injure herself. I have never felt this scared of serious injury happening to my child ever before while practicing a sport. I had to step out and have a good cry. Never again, will we be going back to this gym.
The manager/former class instructor did not handle the situation in a professional or sensitive way at all. I asked the front desk to please call someone to assist the instructor as my kid could have been severely injured in that moment. The manager came down to assist at that point. She never looked for me to discuss my concerns. Even though I was clearly upset, crying etc... I had to wait my turn to get her attention and say "Hi, I"m B's parent, the little girl who was improperly jumping straight onto her head" to which the supervisor replied, "Oh yeah. How can I help you?" Are you kidding me???? Then she said "I saw the whole thing. That should have never happened. Its hard for me to train someone who when I am watching her is doing everything right. Then when I am not with her, she is not doing it right. I talked to her and she was so upset she was crying." She was crying??? I was crying!!!! Where is the customer service? Where are the safety protocols. No, not acceptable and not safe for little kids.

Classes are always full, with a wait list, as a parent being unable to even call or do anything online is a major hassle. Their online website needs updated.

Driving over then going into the lobby to ask questions was a pretty awkward thing to make a parent do. The lady at the desk seemed pretty annoyed when answering questions and didn't even acknowledge my child.

This place is very very crowded and felt frantically organized. Going somewhere less crazy.

Small town gym feel. We've been here a few years now. They always assist with sign ups and don't just direct us to "go online". I appreciate that. The gym could use a deep clean. We really like all the coaches especially Shannon and Maddie. Good people.

We LOVE Flips!! I’ve been in The Woodlands/ Spring area for the past 34 years and Flips has always been the best place to go for fun kids gymnastics. The front office staff is really kind and helpful (Kelley), the coaches are ALL well trained and are great with kids, their classes are geared appropriately for each fundamental age level, and their Open Gyms are SO much fun! I took classes as a young child through high school and loved it. So, naturally, I signed my son up as soon as he could do Diaper Daredevils. Flips is teaching my little one great body awareness, he’s having a ton of fun, he’s becoming stronger with muscle strength, and he’s improving on listening in a classroom setting. If you’re looking for a place to sign up your daughter or son, Flips is the place to go! A fun, colorful environment and great classes!

I have my kids enrolled here for gymnastics classes, both for differing reasons. The coaches are extremely helpful and constructive with the kids.
My daughter needed help with her balance and coordination. I have seen significant improvement in these areas as a direct result of their instruction.
My son needed a constructive outlet for all his energy (and to know the correct way to back flip so he doesn't scare me again). He has excelled under their instruction.
They both love it!

My daughter has been attending Flips for about 6 years. She is not on the competitive team but likes the classes and the coaches over the years have been so wonderful. We are sad to be saying goodbye since she is aging out of the classes. Thanks Matt, Jessie, Michelle and all the other coaches over the years!

If your kid is interested in gymnastics I highly recommend Flips. They also have open gym nights if your child needs to burn some energy off!

My daughter absolutely loves this place. Coach Cody is amazing! He has great class management skills, challenges the kids at their own level and is a great encourager. My daughter is 2.5 and he can keep a class full of these little ones busy, constantly learning and having fun! As a former gymnastics coach for 5+ years I highly recommend this program! It has become our second home.

Well, I have to say, that my daughter call this place her HOME. For her since the first time we walk in, this place is family, home to her. There is nothing so special than having people that works with you daughter and make her feel secure, special and appreciated. All these coaches are extremely professional. My daughter in not the same little girl that walk in 2yr ago. She in confident, strong, secure and has a passion for what she does each day, and she couldn't accomplish this if it wasn't for the support that she has receiver from staff and coaches.

I recommend this place to every one. Believe me you will not regret.

I took my daughter and my father (from out of town) to Flips on a Wed. All of us went in, NEVER GREETED by a girl at the front desk, who could not be torn away from her phone call long enough to smile, say "I will be right with you," or even glance in our direction. A second girl walked past us with a clipboard, again NO EYECONTACT, no greeting, no smile. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from either employee - THERE WERE NO PEOPLE IN THE FRONT AS WE ARRIVED, 1 car in the parking lot! We milled around in the front area for a few minutes, the girl at the front desk never got off the phone, and the other girl never spoke to us either.

For as much money as they ask for gymnastics classes, you might think they would smile and be pleasant to customers coming in to check out the facility, and pay tuition. This was BY FAR the worst experience I have had while trying to find a place to invest my money! DO NOT BOTHER WITH FLIPS!
