If you’re in need of a postpartum trainer, then Rebecca is the one! She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. She took the time to carefully create a personalized exercise plan for me, making sure to explain each movement and its benefits. She consistently monitored my posture and form, ensuring that I was performing each exercise correctly and maximizing my results. The name of my review is WHO KNEW? ... Rebecca!

I reached out to Rebecca months ago with the goals of improved lifestyle and to make it through my upcoming Europe trip.

1. Who knew that breath work could help you power through exhaustion, and fears?!? REBECCA!

2. Who knew that when you feel pain in your joints, it's likely the muscle near and needs to be stretched?!?! REBECCA!
(I'll add I've been multiple doctors over the years for this problem and I have gotten more relief from strength training and stretching than anything else)

3. Who knew when you reach out for help with your fitness that you would have someone getting you to those wins without even thinking about it? REBECCA!

4. Who knew you could be so in tune with your body?!? REBECCA!

5. Who knew that you would have the best therapist/friend when having a crappy day, or not in the best of moods? REBECCA! (She modified my workout to make it enjoyable and relieve stress)

These are just a few of the great things Rebecca has taught me.

We just completed our trip in Europe and I'm so glad Rebecca has helped me reach this goal! We walked so much and at times on purpose. We even climbed up the stairs into the clouds in Gibraltar using her breathing training to overcome my fear of heights.

I have been training with Flourish for 4 months. I can confidently say Rebecca is outstanding at what she does. My strength, balance, overall mobility and fitness has surpassed my expectations. Being in my mid 40’s I was not interested in flashy gym memberships, and staff trainers. Rebecca is kind, patient, knowledgeable and personable. I would 10/10 recommend Flourish Fitness!! My journey with Flourish started in June 2022. I was working out at home, but not getting the gains I wanted. I wasn't sure I was working out as well as I could and felt my body was capable of doing more. First, I joined one of Rebecca's bootcamps and enjoyed it, but I realized I needed more individualized help. I am so thankful for Rebecca!

I have never had any willpower when it came to working out. I could easily talk myself out of it as soon as I broke a sweat. With having three kids and running a business, by body was taking on a lot of stress. I knew the best way to take care of myself and mental stress was to start a consistent workout habit. All weight machines are very intimidating to me, so I didn't want to join a public gym.

One Google search brought me to Flourish Fitness! I've been seeing Rebecca twice a week for 7 weeks, and what a difference it has made! She is so incredibly easy to talk to that it makes time fly by. I appreciate that she keeps track of each of her clients down to the tiniest weight change or rep detail. I'm thankful for her focus on strengthening my pelic floor and core (3 babies), because I had no idea that was dependent on how successful I would be at lifting other weights without being injured.

Best part, her love of God shows through in the way she conducts her business and her relationships with people. She is a light in a very confusing world of fitness!

Rebecca has been my trainer from 13 weeks pregnant to now at 6.5 months postpartum. I love that she has a heart for expectant mommas and the knowledge to back it. During pregnancy workouts, she made sure my heart rate stayed in a healthy range while utilizing workouts that would assist in strengthening muscles that would be used during delivery and PP recovery. I attribute so much of my shortened labor and good recovery to our prep work. Now that I am in the postpartum phase, we are focusing on tightening and sculpting what was a bit displaced during pregnancy.
She does not take it easy on you, but rather pushes you to your goals and then towards potentials you may not have been aware were possible! I am a lifelong client, 100%.
