I had the best experience with Flow Yoga. Every class and every teacher has been so wonderful. Almost every class starts in a way that mentally prepares you and it is so powerful. The teachers are talented and have lovely motivational things to say throughout class. The classes are diverse in style and they can be altered to fit your level. The studio offers free community events. Owner is very kind. The studio feels warm and welcoming for all.

This studio is amazing. I recently moved out of the area and had to cancel my membership, but I'm definitely missing this place already. Decent price, easy to sign on and easy to cancel, and incredible classes offered at great times. All of the teachers are amazing but Meg, Xenia, and Briana are truly brilliant. I learned so much while going to this studio and will miss it greatly!

I didn't feel safe here.
Parking is quite difficult, so I had to park west of their building. The folks around there were staring at me as they were going to rape me or steal my car, or both.
Then, walking towards the yoga smell is fetid.
When you get to class, JJ Pierce, the instructor, is rude, classless and dispenses unsolicited health advice, such as "psych meds are for addicts", "breathwork is the cure for all mental health problems" or "if you don't want to do the work you're lazy".
FlowYoga clearly didn't want to go through the trouble of investing wisely in this facility.
That's definitely not their flagship location. At all.

Lovely studio with a range of classes and special events! They offer lots of heated and non-heated class options and also have meditative styles like kundalini and relaxation classes. There is a nice community feel and regulars so you can create a yoga community. Really affordable as well!

Most of my experiences here have been phenomenal. Loved the 30 day trial, and gladly signed up for an unlimited membership (that they graciously paused when I had extensive work travel). I love the space, wonderful vibe of the studio in general. Several of the instructors are just … the best. Bri, Paige, Venus, Kimberly and several others are perfect. Relaxing, invigorating, wonderful classes - a mix of flow, Hatha, sound baths, yin, etc - these folks are so calming yet caring, and make the classes feel so organic and ease-ful. Some instructors I have really not liked, but they are popular so clearly there is an audience for them. Taylor’s classes (even those labeled “chill”) felt more stressful and overstimulating than trips to the Apple Store. And Meg’s yin class honestly felt dangerous - jumping straight into hamstring stretches with straps, but with zero warmup. Counting down minutes and seconds like it was a clinical doctor’s appointment rather than a restorative and healing community space. I tend to attend 3-4 classes per week because I really love most of the classes and instructors there, but there’s such variability with some of the other instructors I can’t responsibly give 5 stars. Everyone needs to figure out who they click with, and the unlimited membership lets me do that!

I practiced yoga at work, but I needed a great place to continue my practice and join a community after I retired. I'm really enjoying my first month at Flow Yoga North Loop. Great classes, friendly people, and a beautiful studio interior. Don't judge the place by the strip mall where it is located. Go inside, take a look, and try a class.

Flow yoga is one of the best studio experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone is SO welcoming and kind. They offer a wide variety of classes and even have fun events like yoga & comedy. It’s also spacious and clean. The vibes are immaculate and I love ending class in the lobby with tea or cacao. Their introductory month for $30 is great too, I’ve convinced my mom to join me too. Thank you!

I'm so glad to have found a yoga studio close to my apartment!!! I like that in your first month, you can try out as many different classes as you want, so you can find out what kind of yoga and/or instructor(s) you like. I've been going to hot Vinyasa once a week, and it's been a great addition to my fitness routine. Would recommend! Also Enrique is awesome (: you should definitely take a class with him.

Flow Yoga North Loop completely changed how I feel about yoga. I’ll be honest—I was pretty skeptical trying yoga again. I had tried a few classes in the past, but I think I just picked the wrong styles or wasn’t in the right environment. I'm so happy to have tried their 30 Days for $30 intro offer to give me the chance to explore different classes, styles, and teachers without pressure.
Thanks to this, I found the perfect fit for me—a class and teacher that make me genuinely enjoy showing up on my mat. The space is welcoming, the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and there’s truly something for everyone. Whether you're brand new to yoga or just looking for the right vibe, I can't recommend this studio enough. So grateful I gave yoga another try here!

As someone who has been teaching & practicing yoga for well over a decade in Austin I have been pleasantly surprised to find a new gem of a studio! The space is very comfortable with a very warm, welcoming, homey feel to it. I’m really enjoying the particular variety of classes (& times) this studio has chosen to offer: there is something for everyone everyday on the schedule. Parking is so easy and plentiful (a big deal around here). The whole space is big open, neat, clean and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. There is water and warm tea for everyone. Check in easy and relaxed! The manager, Mandy, at this space is delightful, not to mention the talented and seasoned teachers there. I really do give this studio high marks. I’ve been looking for a new space that feels this genuine and welcoming with quality classes. And so I have. I am back to a regular practice thanks to Flow.

After not doing yoga for 6 years I was a little scare to start taking classes, but I have been feeling very comfortable at FlowYoga and teachers are very nice and offer modifications. They have a variety of c=yoga classes and styles. All levels and many many classes 7 days a week. I know they have many locations but I have been going to North Loop because is the one closest to me. As a yoga certified teacher myself I highly recommend this studio.

I move around and travel a lot so I’ve experienced lots of different types of yoga and studios - I have never loved a studio as much as I do Flow! The studio itself is a beautiful, airy space that already helps you orient yourself before class. The teachers are thoughtful, intentional and knowledgeable about yoga from a physical and spiritual lens - I never feel any pressure to keep up appearances in this studio and I’ve never felt more comfortable to take any variation. I am building so much more strength and mobility because the teachers here encourage you to feel your body and find the intent and activation in each pose rather than just making the text-book shape without truly connecting to your body. I can’t reccomend this studio more - it’s a strength, connection and awareness practice for the body and mind 🙏

I can't say enough wonderful things about Yoga Flow - North Loop! From the moment you step through the door, you feel an incredible sense of belonging and community. The studio does an amazing job of fostering a warm, welcoming environment that feels like a second home. Many of us live around the area and walk to classes. I get to meet up my friends here and share a cup of tea with after a class.
The instructors here are top-notch. Michael's classes are my personal favorite. Each one brings their unique style and expertise, making every class both enriching and inspiring. Each instructor genuinely cares about each student, offering personalized guidance and encouragement to help you grow in your practice, no matter your level of experience.
What truly sets this studio apart is its focus on learning and mindfulness. Whether you're working on the basics or exploring more advanced techniques, every class feels like an opportunity to deepen your understanding and connection to yourself.
The sense of local community is palpable here. From fun events to friendly conversations before and after class, Yoga Flow is a place where connections are built and nurtured. This isn't some uptight boujee studio - this is community, this is all people from all walks of life meeting for a common love and goal.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. You are crammed in a room with no ventilation and no air circulation. The first class I had to leave early because of this. The second class I left early because the person on the left of me and the right of me were coughing and not covering their mouths.
The bathroom smells like some guy had a bad burrito. The facility is not clean.
After my first class I brought the air circulation issue up to someone and they said oh we'll fix that well no they didn't. They don't care as long as you pay your fee they'll cram you in there no concern of to your health.
I'll tell you what if I get sick I'm going to be pissed.

I really enjoy my weekly retreat to Flow Yoga North Loop for Flexibility and Mobility with Briana "Bri" Ellsworth. I started going around the same time I started seeing the chiropractor for knee and foot issues. Between the chiropractor and the class, I feel much better. I've noticed that the chiropractor does similar manipulations to my legs that we do in class with Bri, which was a fun observation to have. Bri is both silly and serious, so the classes are both as well. We struggle and giggle in class, and it is a nice break from all the things. The Flow Yoga North Loop space is lovely - bright and comfortable. I felt welcome the first time I stepped in there.
Also, if you have Aetna health insurance, they provide a wellness benefit called FitOn. Flow Yoga participates in FitOn, so Aetna covers the costs of my classes. It is one of the best wellness perks I've experienced through an insurance company. It is absolutely a win-win.

Flow Yoga is arguably the best Yoga studio in town. When looking for a new place we tried 5-6 options before landing on this one.
The main differences are;
1). The owner is thoughtful and involved in the process. Our very first day we met Carolina when trying out the studio. She was thoughtful, attentive and really made us feel at home from day 1.
2). The instructors are excellent. From deep chill, to flow, to hot yoga everyone we’ve met has had the same thoughtfulness as Carolina. For example, when you enter a class you are often asked what your name is and if there’s anything you want to focus on today. From the information, it’s common for the instructor to custom tailor the class to include your request (e.g. poses that help the lower back, neck etc). You really feel cared for, listened to, and satisfied during each class.
3). Lastly, the diversity of classes offered. Having a bad day? Try deep chill where you get to stretch out, calm down and meditate. Feeling like you need some light movement? Flow yoga is the class for you. Want to push yourself? Hot yoga and many other classes will do the trick. Not to mention the times offered. It really makes it easier to get out and hold yourself accountable to attending.
Lastly, I want to note how clean and well ventilated the studio is. One of the largest issues with found with other studios was that it often smelled like a sweaty college gym everywhere you went. Flow yoga on the other hand pairs an elegant and clean feel, with all the intensity you would expect a robust program.
If you're looking an upscale studio with lots to offer, you’ve definitely found the place.

I really enjoy this yoga studio, I appreciate that they offer a wide variety of non-heated yoga classes! I signed up for the $30 for 30 days deal to help me kick my night owl ways by forcing me to make it to 10am yoga every day!
I recommend signing up for classes online, then when you walk in, there is a touch screen computer with the classes for the day. Select your class and then click your name to sign in. Place your shoes in the lobby cubbies and then look for your room, each room has a whiteboard on the door listing which class is in that room next. You can bring your valuables into the room and set them against the wall. Also, I never had trouble finding parking in their parking lot!
Each teacher is given the freedom to make the class their own and I noticed that they each have students who prioritize their classes. So if you try one class and don't like the vibe, try a different teacher! My favorite teacher is Kimberly W, she was the best (of the ones I tried) at giving useful prop suggestions and modifications to make sure you protect your knees and keep everything in proper alignment so you don't accidentally tweak something.
If you are looking for a non-pretentious studio to ground and re-center, this is the place for you!

As I am trying to get back into practice, I've been studio hopping. AND without a doubt, Flow Yoga is where I'll be laying down my mat again. The general vibe was welcoming, kind, and tranquil. The class was filled with all shapes, sizes, ages and identities! Love, love, love being among a diverse group of yogis/yoginis! The instructors were very well prepared, accommodating, kindly corrective, and encouraging. And the sound bath??? Just what I needed! I'll be back soon!

I did about a weeks worth of classes at the North Loop location. And I absolutely loved it! It was a very clean studio and even on the occasion that I was almost late for class, the sign in was so easy and the teachers are so sweet. The classes themselves were incredible and I always left feeling better than I had arrived. I will definitely be considering getting a month pass.

Signed up for their 30 for $30 deal and I'm glad I did. They offer a good range of relaxing/meditative sessions (that often have really neat sonic components that many other studios don't) as well as slightly rigorous; although as a yogi for 10+ years, none of the sessions I would describe as ashtanga-based rocket yoga (i.e., highly intense). Their offerings lean more towards yin and hatha, which is nice because there's more intention on linking breath with movement rather than pushing bodies to the max. The front of the studio is nicely designed and has a great flow accomplished by putting the computers in the middle of the lobby and having a self check-in w/ touchscreen. I've only been going for 5 days, but I really enjoy Flow Yoga and the monthly membership seems definitely worth the price -- a bargain, really.

I recently joined Flow Yoga. So far I always visit the North Loop location as it is walking distance from my house. I have really enjoyed taking a variety of classes. Every instructor I’ve had has been extremely knowledgeable and kind and they encourage you to go at your own pace. Everyone has been very welcoming. If it you’re new to yoga, they make it easy to feel comfortable here. I’ve been wanting to get into a regular yoga practice for some time and I’m so happy that I have finally done so. I am so happy to have found Flow Yoga. I regularly attend Stretch + Strength with teacher Selena Gervais and would highly recommend this class. I take several other yoga classes, but this is my favorite. It can be challenging since it incorporates a fair amount of core exercises and some cardio in addition to stretching. This class is on Monday at North Loop. Selena is excellent and has such a welcoming, enthusiastic spirit. She will adjust the class routine at times to meet different people’s needs and is fun to work out with. Love her music, positive motivation, energy, and yoga philosophy. Hope to see you in her class!
