Flow Yoga studio ! Wow! I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. First time experienced Yin and Sound class with Miss. Angela and also Flow and Chill class with Miss Nicki. I felt such a strong connection immediately. They are awesome teachers and been teaching yoga many years. Plus, Miss
Carolina is an excellent teacher and also a founder of Flow Yoga studio.

Flow Yoga studio is an inviting space and a wonderful group of teachers who cater to all levels and interest levels of yoga.
Schedule is so flexible and unlimited class per month. You can join as many as class you want. The classes are also long enough to really feel the benefits of stretching, relaxing, engaging and letting go.
All teachers are professional care in teaching of yoga.

I love Flow Yoga! They have a great variety of classes and times. I am a senior and they have great classes for people my age and fitness level. I particularly like the flexibility and mobility classes as well as the slow flow classes. Come and visit, especially you seniors that need to stay or get fit. It is lots of fun and the teachers are great.

I joined Flow Yoga after retiring last year to focus on improving my flexibility and strength after years of seating at desk. I love what the classes have done for me and attend 3-4 times a week. Great instructors and facility, Thank you Carolina and co.

The owners the Bolingers are superficial and self serving. They pose as humanitarians and treat clients poorly behind the scenes. The wife likes to be the center of attention. She puts on this whole facade of helping people as long as it’s being recorded and creating content for her instagram. When I was a client of their studios my membership was taken for granted and my comfort, safety and well being were jeopardized. The classes were artificially inflated and over crowded. I have PTSD and participated in Yin relaxation classes catered for adults and the classes were over crowded to the point I’ve been hit by other people. And attendees were bringing their small children into adult deep relaxation classes which was very distracting and using it as a daycare.

I love Flow Yoga's studio space, the classes they offer, and the special events they put on. I am mainly interested in flexibility, strength, and stress management, and have found a variety of options in a calming environment with great instructors. I just expanded my membership to unlimited classes so I can go more!

Lauren taught a well paced community teacher trainee flow. I really enjoyed her tone and voice, her pacing for the sequence was easy to follow, and she incorporated 2 poses I really loved. I appreciated that she added a couple of yin poses at the end of our flow.

I would have liked a longer Shavasana. It felt short. I think as a new teacher she’s going to do well, and look forward to coming back and taking another class.

Great variety of yoga classes for a variety of fitness levels. Be sure to note the 'intensity' level of the class before registering. The Hot Yoga and the Flow Yoga classes are fantastic but it's best if you have had previous yoga experience.

Flow Yoga has a great balance of classes for mind, body and soul. Before trying flow yoga I enjoyed yoga classes with more movement but discovered some of the more relaxing styles of yoga and the sound devices used were actually pretty amazing as well. The quality of the facility from the matts, studio and yogi tea available complements the variety of classes and quality of instructors. Moreover, they space there classes at least 30 minutes apart so that you are never waiting on a class to end when arriving. I highly recommend them.

This place is awesome! I was looking for something to help maintain (and increase!) my flexibility and balance, and my husband agreed to tag along for the 30 Days for $30 trial period to see if he could find some relief for a shoulder replacement that never quite healed. We are both finding what we needed, and my husband says his shoulder has never felt better (even with physical therapy). The instructors and other participants are genuinely welcoming and helpful, and the whole atmosphere says, "You belong here!".

As a new student at Flow Yoga, I’ve been blown away by the warmth of the community, the quality of instruction, and the peaceful vibe of the studio.

I’ve had the chance to take several classes already, and each one has offered something special. Yin and Sound with JJ and Beth is absolutely magical—deeply relaxing and restorative. JJ and Beth create such a calm, supportive atmosphere, and the addition of sound healing takes the experience to another level. It’s the perfect class to unwind and reconnect with yourself.

I also took Flow with Jimmy, and it was fantastic. Jimmy brings great energy and guidance, making the class both empowering and accessible. His sequencing is smooth and intuitive, and I left feeling strong, centered, and uplifted.

The studio is beautiful and welcoming, I’m so glad I found Flow Yoga and can’t wait to continue my practice here!

I've been going to this studio for a year now. It is a wonderful place, great vibe, nice yoga teachers. After many years of not doing yoga it's nice to have classes that are doable for a beginner. The Hatha and Deep Chill classes are perfect for that. The Flow classes
greatly differ in difficulty and intensity depending on who is teaching, but great workout! Love how Valentyna will make sure you are in the right position for different moves, and come around and check on form.
My only wish is this studio offered Hatha on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. :-)

I have been meaning to get back into yoga for years. My therapist recommended Flow Yoga because the place I used to go closed and I’m so mad at myself for not going sooner! Flow Yoga is amazing. I love that they have so many different locations! Their $30 for 30 days made trying it so easy. They have Manduka mats to use for free and all of the props you could think of. They offer many different types of yoga classes to choose from. I go right after work the days I go into the office and the class I attend completely releases all of the stress I had from the day. My body is sore in places that haven’t been sore like ever- the good kind of sore; and I’ve found what I consider yoga when I think of yoga. This place is very authentic, they have a cute little like sun room where you can drink hot tea for free- at the Cedar Park location and going here has quickly changed my life in such a positive way. I would highly recommend. I literally bring it up to everyone I talk to. I wish I could share this sense of tranquility with everyone.

Flow Yoga has become one of our favorite places to recharge. My husband and I both love going to classes here — it’s a space that feels genuinely welcoming, grounded, and full of good energy. Carolina, the owner and a wonderful teacher, has created a beautiful, community-centered environment. All the instructors are great — each with their own unique style, but always thoughtful and supportive. The vibe is easygoing and inclusive, and there’s a real sense of connection that makes it more than just a place to work out. They offer so many different classes throughout the week — from flow and kundalini to deep chill, sound healing, and more. It’s incredibly helpful to have such a variety right in our neighborhood. Whether we need to reset, move, or just breathe, Flow Yoga always delivers. Highly recommend!

i started at flow three weeks ago on their $30 trial package and absolutely fell in love. i'm completely new to yoga and flow has been such a welcoming, supportive environment with a nice variety of classes to try. i've tried almost all the classes they offer at flow cedar park and i walk out of every class thinking it was my favorite one! i never feel out of place and truly feel free to explore what works for my mind, body, and experience level. the instructors are great at cultivating mindfulness in class and i'm able to truly let go of all other thoughts/stress for the hour that i'm in yoga. props and mats are free to use in the studio, which is especially helpful for beginners. everyone is so friendly and the community that's been built around flow is really apparent. it immediately feels so peaceful when you walk inside and it makes it easy to get into the mindset for mindfulness and meditation.

i liked flow so much i brought my mom and a friend to try it out, and they both also love it. my mom has some injury-related mobility issues and she loves the flexibility & mobility class. my favorite class so far has been flow, which has a good amount of movement but feels totally doable as a complete beginner. i recommend trying as many classes and instructors as you can on the $30 trial package to find what works best!

It is hard to put into words how much I appreciate Flow Yoga. I have been practicing for over a decade, and Flow is by far my favorite yoga studio. The ambiance is excellent and inviting, the classes are evenly balanced and diverse, but most importantly each and every instructor gives an earnest effort to ensure that everyone is getting something out of the class. They have always been fair with my on billing, and the fact that I can hop into other studios around Austin is a huge bonus. When life gets a little stormy Flow Yoga is where I find myself again, my home away from home. More than recommended, it’s essential.

I'm delighted with my experience at Flow. I have joint instability and yoga had been suggested as a way to increase joint support and help break up constricted faschia. In only a few weeks, my mobility is drastically better. I had tried a few yoga classes many years back but felt a little out of place honestly. Flow is actually amazingly inviting and welcoming!

The facilities at the three Flow locations I've been to are really lovely. It's very calm and supportive with mats and supplies available so if you are just starting out, you can try a few classes with buying things. I LOVE the staff and how each person is so supportive of the individual journey we are taking with our own bodies. They will provide a series of different options for many of the poses so you can pick what makes sense for your strength level and always say that all poses are optional and you can always work at where you need to be. For folks like myself, this is incredibly supporting and welcoming as we start our journey.

Given the sister locations all over the Austin area, it's great to be able to have the ability to drop into classes if I'm on the other side of town. While not my original notion, its also been really interesting to explore topics and classes associated with general wellness and meditation and get a feel for how mind can be as impactful on my health as body.

I am loving my experience so far!

I have been a member of Flow Yoga for almost 3 years now. Overall it’s a great studio, but it is all dependent on the yoga instructor. One of my favorite classes has been the Flow class (non heated vinyasa) option given that I don’t do heated classes.

I do have some feedback for the studio:
- Valentyna’s classes are overall good, however she over indexes on the use of props, and I had a very uncomfortable experience in a recent class, she kept telling us to smile (she probably said it like 10 times throughout the class). I found that to be an infringement on one’s boundaries. Smiling is an “intimate” expression of one’s emotions, and I shouldn’t feel forced or pressured to do that during class. I get the intention of it, I am sure it was coming from a good place but it felt super uncomfortable. I don’t want to feel like I have to smile or that I have to use props, I am just here to practice yoga which I believe it should be an individual experience. We shouldn’t be forced to smile..

- Selena’s classes are great, I like that she doesn’t overdo it with props. But a week ago she had a very odd playlist, it was super loud, 80s themed. During Savasana, instead of having a calming and relaxing vibe, she blasted a 80s song that was super up beat, loud, not relaxing, and she was dancing in the class. I love self expression and nothing wrong with that but it completely beat the point of the “restful” time that savasana is all about.

- Jimmy’s classes are the BEST flow classes. I think he 100% gets what people want and I have always felt comfortable, free and not pressured to do something I didn’t want . His music choices are also great.

I’m thankful for the Flow Yoga studio and community in Cedar Park! Class sign-up/sign-in is simple and efficient. It’s never congested between classes since they schedule a buffer between offerings to avoid traffic jams. They’ve chosen a simple, but intentional set up with high quality equipment. Both staff and attendees have been welcoming and friendly.

With regard to quality of instruction, I’ve attended classes by four instructors including the owner. Naturally each had their own style, but all were kind and paced things well. Glad this place is in Cedar Park!

The co owners the Bolingers are extremely toxic. They fake being friendly and put on a false front to get people in the door. They called the cops on a handicapped veteran as retaliation, because he requested ADA accommodations. Their classes are artificially inflated through Class pass and over crowded past capacity. They don’t care about people. They just care about your money.

I wanted a place I could pop in and out of. I am gradually incorporating yoga. Flow Yoga has the best "trial" period you can buy for your money. When that's over, I can also purchase day classes. This is perfect for someone who doesn't usually buy memberships. I've mainly been to their Vinyasa and Hatha classes. Their trainers incorporate beginner and advanced movers. I never felt out of place for someone who started a month ago. Like most of their locations, I will say they're in shopping centers, so when they suggested arriving 10 minutes before class, it was mainly for parking!

I’ve seen cockroaches in their studios. I had one crawl over my leg during final resting pose. And I actually caught skin rash from using one of their shared mats. The blankets are sometimes wet and smelly. I don’t know that they wash them between classes. And the Yin classes are crammed in the small room passed capacity to the point I couldn’t pose and other people were bumping into me. And they were harassing my friends via email begging them to sign up for their membership for a drastically reduced rate because more and more people are leaving their studio.

Having studied Sanskrit and the philosophy of yoga for several years, I thought it apt to put into practice some of the postures and saw that Flow was relatively close to where I live. They were offering unlimited classes for 30 days at an introductory price! I was previously practicing martial arts and some weight lifting so I thought it would be another good option for me to get even more in tune with my body. I especially like the heated classes. The instructors have been so welcoming and friendly to me as well as offering challenges or modification to increase or decrease the difficulty of the poses depending on my skill or ability that day. Since moving to TX, Flow yoga has been a wonderful addition to my daily routine. I have added yoga back into my life and feel so much energized and relaxed. I love Flow yoga due to the variations in each class for all levels to feel comfortable in their own practice. This gives me an opportunity to try a new style of workouts and allows me to explore different movements. The best yoga studio in my life!

I'm currently trying out the 30 day unlimited for $30 and I done 7 classes already. I've tried several (Flexibility, Flow, Yin and Sound Healing) all with different teachers and I really love the place. My favorite have been with Zainab, Carolina, and Danille. I also love their tea lounge to grab a cup of tea at the end of the class. Very happy with this place.

Flow yoga- not too much, not too little, just right.

Heated Yoga - when I tend to enjoy more intense yoga experiences, I will take heated yoga and this was a good happy medium. Not so intense you can't wait to get out, but definitely gets the heart rate up and gets you working a sweat.

Flow Yoga offers variance classes 7 days a week, and I have no problem to find a spot for any class I want to attend, which works really well for me.

Let me start with, I enjoy the classes at Flow Yoga very much. BUT ------ They are packing the classes like sardines and Yoga loses its efficiency and zen when there are 19 people in a tiny room breathing, smelling and touching. When you can't do a T or even a half T, then you know it's super packed.

My friend had her hair pulled (accidentally) by the guy next to her because they were not even a foot away. 6 inches distance between the mats don't provide a good YOGA experience.

I hope the administration takes a note and changes this for popular classes. Either by adding extra classes, space, times, etc... or I will give another month and then be gone.

I started Flow Yoga several weeks ago. The concept is ideal (choices of different studios/ classes/ including sound baths/ workshops). I am older, diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and more recently an Auto Immune Connective Tissue Disease- it is common for my body to be stiff, sore, and achy. In this short time, I undoubtedly recognize what a difference the stretching and movement classes make- to not only my physical body but my mental connection as well. The teachers I’ve experienced are wonderful, each with different approaches (which adds different experiences). I’ve enjoyed these classes immensely and look forward to trying different classes and workshops.

After years of attending other Yoga studios in multiple cities and states, I can say confidently that Flow Yoga is one of the best I've had the pleasure of being a member of. Not only are their facilities spacious, clean, and inviting, their teachers are kind, knowledgeable and there's a noticeable ease within the entire building. This is the only studio I've been to that offers free mats for those who don't have one. I have my own now, but it did not go unnoticed or unappreciated as I spent years renting from studios before I did. It may seem small, but these types of generous gestures are just the types of kindness and spirit of giving I look for in communities. The variety of classes offered is wonderful and truly allows anyone of any skill level to be able to attend and learn. I recently attended one of their full moon/sound bath events and it was simply magical. I joined hesitantly thinking YouTube has free resources available and I just need the self discipline to do them. It turns out don't have that self discipline. And, even when I did do them I did not practice even half as long or push myself even half as hard as when I attend the in-person classes.

I've spent the last couple of years (not) 'recovering' from some pretty terrible back (and knee... ) issues and I began to feel like I was doomed to live out the rest of my life as a stiff and fragile old person, beginning many decades too soon. Even now just after my first week or so I began to notice real differences in my flexibility and mobility and found those "good" aches of muscles having been worked. On top of that they have other events that make me feel like I'm not just taking classes, but joining a community.

My practice at Flow Yoga has given me confidence that I'll be strong and flexible again. The classes are fun and as challenging as you want them to be. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I started off thinking I'd feel it out and maybe do the 1 class per week plan once the 30 days is up, but now I am definitely going to be continuing with the unlimited plan. I wish I had started this a long time ago.

This is a great yoga studio with great instructors. I have discovered them not long ago and am very pleased with everything. I highly recommend Valentyna and Carolina for tour yoga needs.
