About a year later and all of the below still hold true! We couldn’t be happier to be members here and it’s become our “gym family”.
………..
This gym is a rare find. Clean, welcoming and friendly staff with convenient class times and an open gym with cardio and strength equipment. Coaches are skilled, encouraging, professional and helpful. I love that they help and accommodate to the individual skill and fitness level.
The members have also been very nice and encouraging, which to me is also a reflection of the way the facility is ran. I’m so glad I came across them and gave it a shot.

I LOVE THIS GYM and so does my kids! They love the boxing class and the instructor. This gym stands apart from others/larger gyms for sure. The nature of the gym is family-oriented and all staff members are so personable and friendly. Would recommend this gym to anyone who appreciates the type of gym where the owner knows you by name!

Been going here for about 6 months. Great facility. EXCELLENT classes for fitness boxing and kickboxing. They do have a full size boxing ring as well if you want to spar which is nice. I've been trying to get back in shape to do a little boxing. And my 15 y/o son loves coming here to hit the weights.

Love it! The monthly membership cost is great, the staff are all super nice and friendly, there was no pressure to sign up after trying, and now the whole family has joined in. Definitely recommend this location.

Best gym . No other boxing gym comes close to this one. The trainers are on point, the place is always clean, everyone’s always very supportive and it’s the best bang for your buck. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get fit and have the right coaches to get you there . Austin is the man!

This gym is the worst, don’t agree to sign nothing in the first day cus they will try to lock u in and put over $3k on ur credit even after u tell them u want to cancel. Just not the best gym to go to .

Before coming here, I visited different boxing gyms, but they weren’t what I was looking for. I like flurry because it’s a real kickboxing class. The classes are the workout i was looking for and are challenging. Zane is a coach with a lot of passion and spends time with everyone in the class. I recommend this place for kickboxing. It is clean with good equipment.
Antes de venir acá. Estuve visitando otros estudios de boxing. Pero no encontré realmente lo buscaba hasta que llegue acá. Me encantan las clases trabajo fuerte, sientes como los músculos y tu cuerpo se ponen en forma. Zene es un excelente coach, tiene mucha paciencia y se dedica a cada persona para que tenga un buen rendimiento en la clase. Ademas de la clase tienen equipo disponible para que lo utilices y sigas entrenando y el lugar es muy limpio.
Si buscan un lugar para aprender y practicar real boxing este es el indicado.

I wasn’t sure about boxing at first but still doing this two months later and I love it!! The teachers really work with you on form and the members are all really nice. They have workout equipment too! So glad I found this place :)

My work parking lot is littered with flyers from this gym. I’m not sure why so many flyers got passed out on such a windy day, this is wasteful.

This gym is great for both beginner and advanced boxing. The facility have equipment for strength training too, trainers are knowledgeable and very helpful with all sort of workouts along with boxing session. This is the best boxing and fitness gym at affordable price in Frisco area.

Amazing gym to say the least. As soon as you walk in, the staff and environment is so welcoming that any first timer will feel right at home. Now all though it is welcoming, it will also bring out that fire that lies deep within & push you past limits you never even dreamed off. 10/10

Finally a Gym where I can workout with my 10 year old son! I've looked all over Frisco for any cardio or strength training classes that I can workout together with my son, and Flurry for that bill perfectly!
The classes are fun, interactive, perfectly challenging, and an overall great workout!

Fantastic staff and studio. Couldn't recommend it more!

Brand new location. Equipment is new. Friendly staff. They'll work you out until you wimper in defeat and you'll be happy they did. Strange, huh?
