Wow, this place was amazing!! We chose to have a child’s birthday party here because of affordability and you get the whole place to yourself for your party time. Most places only have 10 kids in the initial package and charge an arm and a leg for each additional child plus a fee for adults. The package here was for 25 kids and no additional charge for adults! So as far as the price point, the choice was easy! As soon as we go there the party staff came and helped unload everything from the car and even helped set up so I could get into the pool with my littles. That was so sweet. They made sure the decorations were how I wanted them. They provided plenty of toys to play with in the pool and were very engaging with us and making sure we had a good time. The party attended gently kept us on schedule by giving us a 15 minute heads up when pool time was almost over. They helped pass out pizza and were close by to help but not in the way at all. They were all very sweet and helped us load up when we left as well. They even thanked US for a smooth party. Will definitely be back and 100% recommend to book the party if you’re considering it. It was a wonderful time for my babies and our family and friends!

Fort Acquatics has been amazing for our family. When we started, I had one girl who loved the water, but lacked technique, and another younger girl who was terrified of water. The staff has been so kind, patient, and masterful teachers. Today my oldest moved up another level and my youngest has already mastered one area and looks forward to swimming every week. They have not even been enrolled for a full month yet! I’m excited for what the future holds.

We had our son's party at Fort Aquatics last year and it was a great experience. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The kids had a great time too!

We decided to book his party here again this year based off last year's experience and his request. Unfortunately he had to have surgery that got pushed back and by doctor's orders were advised no physical activity or swimming for several weeks. We had to cancel the party, but Diya the manager was very accommodating and worked with us to resolve our dilemma.

Hi, our kids Ayush Suri and Ayaan Suri both go to Fort Aquatics and they love going there every week and learning and improving their swim skills. The environment, facilities and facilities are excellent. The pool and open shower is warm water so they don't feel cold and feel comfortable. Am happy that my kids enjoy and learn at the same time. Mamager and head instructor have terrible customer service skills. They are not friendly. They don't show a positive attitude and don't have a welcome attitude. They don't move up kids to other levels unless you tell them to evaluate them. We have been mistreated many times. I have brought this to the owners. Trainers are good but they really dont know how to treat their customers. They start blaming their customers for their unclear communication.
They consider sending a notification stating we will be charging with the invoice gives them my authorization to charge my credit card. I have not signed any agreement accepting that. Thay have not even seek my consent to store my credit information. I gave them my credit card to pay one time and they stored my credit information without my consent. I don’t understand how they assume to store my credit information and charge my credit cards without my authorization to charge. I am not sure even if this is legal.
My question to other business owners, is this even legal?
The heights is that they gave me a copy of the email say the notification was provided. Very unprofessional and rude to customers. Instead of being sorry they were blaming me.

I can't say enough how happy and joyful my two kids are with their gymnastic and swimming classes. They actually count down every day waiting for that day to come.. They get so excited with stickers and little hand punched stickers every time. I can feel why they love to be here so much is because they always have fun and laugh during the classes, they also ask to come back again every time they are about to walk out of the building. his second year at Fort and he plans to join the swim team coming March. I am writing this review before leaving to thank Fort for going out
of the way to accommodate my son's crazy soccer schedule/rain delay time adjustments. I also want to thank his instructors for making him such a solid swimmer that he will easily qualify to join the swim team. I have two children attending swimming at Fort Aquatics - my younger one is 4 years at Level 3 and older one is 7 years at Level 5.
Fort Aquatics was able to teach my older one all the four basic strokes in less than a year and my older one can swim 10 continuous laps.
I want to mention her two teachers - Reid and Edith - they have been wonderful for my older daughter. My younger one is able to swim 1 lap and can do roll over breathing. I remember when my younger one refused to enter the water and would never put her head inside the water.
Debbie worked with her patiently and within 4 months and got her to swim. I appreciate the care and commitment of the entire

Worst experience ever. They offer you classes at a specific time to then change them. The schedule says Saturday until 12 but you don't want to give classes at 11:30 because they close at 11:30.

Highly recommended... My children love Fort Aquatics. The staff are so nice and patient. My daughter started with Fort Aquatics, then graduated their program. She's now training for competetive swimming in Plano. The swimming foundation she learned from Fort Aquatics helped her breeze through her try-outs... My son, on the other hand, had a hard time putting his face underwater when he started 3 years ago. His Fort Aquatics teachers were really patient and we were able to progress from 3 seconds underwater to 10 sec to more. Now he swims in our community pool without any floaties. He's very confident in the water. Loves to do flips and, for as long as his goggles are on, he does underwater diving without any problem. They are now focusing on improving his strokes. We are positive that someday he can follow big sister and try out for competitive swimming, as well.

My oldest daughter loves this place. She had bad case for fear of water. The instructors helped her overcame. Super clean and got friendly staff. They are also super flexible and willing to work with you on your concerns and requests. The owners truly cares about their students and not just for making profits. My youngest one (3 yr old) also tried. Seeing that she was super afriad of water, they did not push her as it would usually back fire and cause a child to resist even more and asked me to wait for a while before letting her try again and gave me a refund of payments made. I also overheard a conversation of the owner to one parent suggesting pulling the child out from private lesson to put to group lesson as the child seems to do better swimming with other kids. Great experience! I originally signed up at Fort Aquatics because my daughter loves swimming but is sensitive to too many chemicals such as chlorine. They were the only place I found that uses a UV filter and a lot less Chlorine. I had no idea of how nice experience I was going to receive. We have enjoyed it so much that my daughter has gone through levels 1-4 now and is working toward participating on a swim team. The trainers kept it so fun, while still working on technique, that my daughter kept asking me to take her more days. Now she goes 4 days a week and loves it because of the caring positive culture from the trainers and owners. She was also able to advance quickly through the levels having a better teacher to student ratios than most places. For these reasons, we plan on attending Fort Aquatics Until she masters all the strokes!

Bad experience on the very first day with one of the instructors. He was not professional at all. My son was scared of getting in the pool since this was his very first time in swimming lessons. The instructor was laughing and mimicking how our son was crying. Fort Gymnastics has been such a great fit for our 3.5 year old. Because it is geared for the littler kids, the equipment is perfectly sized to make it functional and not intimidating. The fact that they can lower their uneven bars to the floor really allows them to start working on skills when the kids are smaller. The coaches and the staff care so much and are incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend them!

My daughter has been attending Fort Montessori for 8 years (since they opened!). It is a FANTASTIC school and after-school program. The same wonderful owners have now opened Fort Aquatics. My daughter has attended the summer program for elementary aged kids at Fort Montessori for several years, and we put her in Fort Aquatics this year. She is having so much fun. They get to do gymnastics, play games in the huge gymnastics area, swim, and do activities every day! The owners and staff are extremely friendly. We wouldn't put our daughter in a place that we didn't trust. For all 8 years we have been extremely pleased with how they operate and take care of children. I recommend Fort Montessori and Fort Aquatics to anyone with an elementary aged or younger child.
