I joined Fort Worth Strong after a knee injury, hoping to rebuild safely and focus on proper form. From day one, the coaches created a supportive and encouraging environment. I started with minimal conditioning, and after just four weeks of their smart mix of strength and conditioning workouts, I was able to run a 10K again! I've never had a personal trainer before, was super nervous about getting started too since I'm a heavier person. 10/10. The place is awesome. Training with Zach has been really dope. I don't know how they match up clients to trainers, but however they did it, it's excellent! They listen to what your wanting, change the workouts to fit your needs. The other trainers around are super nice. I could not recommend this place enough.

I cannot recommend FW Strong highly enough. I am really picky when it comes to strength and conditioning classes and training, and I am really impressed by the knowledgeable instructors and quality of the programs.

The community is also incredibly welcoming. Every instructor knows my name whether they have worked with me or not, and the other participants are fun, kind, and encouraging. If you're interested in strength and conditioning, don't hesitate to give this place a try.

As someone who has never lifted in their life and has always been very intimidated by the gym, joining Fort Worth Strong has been the best experience for me to gain confidence. They have a great structure, so you can still participate no matter what level you are at, and you don't feel any different for being at a lower level than others. The holistic approach is my favorite part because they do not expect you to be perfect, they expect you to be human and work towards your fitness goals. Get ready 💪 to push your body (within reason) and find the muscles you never knew you had!

My husband and I have been with our personal trainer Matt, and he is very thoughtful and meticulous about the workouts he puts together. He also is always willing to answer any question. ( As someone who is new to working out, I have a lot of questions.)

I just finished the 6 week Nutrition Challenge at Fort Worth Strong led by Coach Cynthia. It was a very knowledgeable and sustainable challenge. Quite simply, Fort Worth Strong is the place to work out, and achiever your fitness goals. I spent six months in fort worth on a job, and four of those lifting with Caleb Ritchey doing personal training sessions. The group classes looked challenging and fun, but I was there for specific strength goals.

With Caleb, Cynthia, Nick, and Kyle's support, i was able to put on almost 20 lbs of muscle in four months, and bring my squat up to 315 lbs (for reference i'm 5'8" and 185 lbs now).

The best part about this gym isn't just the workouts, though. It's the community they foster. I came to Fort Worth as an outsider, but after running into coaches and other clients all over town, being invited to parties and casual hang outs, the coaches and clients at FWS made me feel like I was at home. FWS was 100% one of my favorite parts of time spent in Fort Worth. 10/10 would recommend.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at this gym. After three months of being a member, I can confidently say that it has completely transformed my approach to fitness and well-being.

First off, the atmosphere is unbeatable. From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with smiles and hellos from both the coaches and fellow gym-goers; everyone is supportive and rooting for one another.

Speaking of coaches, they are phenomenal. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable, but they're also genuinely invested in your progress. They take the time to teach me proper techniques to prevent injury, especially since I was a bit rusty on some lifts from my high school days. Their guidance has been invaluable in helping me reach my goals safely and effectively.

One of the best parts about this gym is the diverse range of members. You'll find people of all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, and everyone is made to feel included and supported. Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, there's a place for everyone here.

But it's not just about the workouts. This gym goes above and beyond to foster a sense of community. From group events like pickleball and amateur wrestling nights to open table discussions on nutrition, there's always something happening to bring people together and enrich our overall experience.

There are also monthly challenges. These aren't just about pushing your physical limits; although, they certainly do that. They're about promoting overall well-being, whether it's through sleep challenges, running clubs, or "extra work" challenges.

Overall, my time at this gym has been nothing short of transformative. Not only have I seen improvements in my fitness and health, but my attitude towards both has also undergone a positive shift. I couldn't recommend this gym enough to anyone looking for a welcoming community, top-notch coaching, and a holistic approach to fitness.

Fort Worth Strong has definitely changed that for me. Every hour spent at Fort Worth Strong is worth every single second of my time, I love this place! I sincerely look forward to going to each class and always get a good workout in. The facility is amazing, location is great, classes are the perfect size, the coaches are knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, extremely helpful and encouraging. I have been a member of this gym since 2020. The workouts are fun and the community is amazing. I love this gym! The coaches are amazing and take a high-touch and quality approach to strength training. The group strength training does not feel like you are in a group with others, coaches are very intentional In walking through and ensuring that everybody is working out with proper form and are constantly giving feedback! I’ve never liked going to the gym. It felt cold to me. The people there hard to read and harder to relate to. Fort Worth Strong is the opposite of big-box gyms. It’s locally-owned and personable. The trainers are young and beautiful, but they’re mainly talented, funny and kind. There’s a lot of hard work here, but there’s also lots of laughs and high-fives. Every trainer is great, but I’d like to give a shout-out to my trainer, Colin R. He makes everything fun, and might be my favorite person. My friends are jealous at this point. love this gym! I've been to MANY different types of gyms in 7 states & FWS is a standout.

The scheduling app is easy to use with descriptions of each workout. You are able to book open gym time so, if you can't make a class time, there is always space for you to move. The instructors are nice, knowledgable, and calm.

The space is clean and the small class sizes are perfect. The other members are at the gym for the right reasons. This is a great gym if you've never worked out before OR if you're a daily lifter. There is a level for everyone. 10/10 recommend.

I've been coming here for a little over 6 months now, and joining up was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was in very poor shape when I started. I had no experience weight training. But the expert coaches ensured I was training safely, and the community made it fun to show up. Change takes time, but I'm already in better shape than I've been in ages, and keep hitting small milestones on a regular basis. If I had to use one word to describe how I feel about Fort Worth Strong it would be grateful.

Shout out to Alli at FW Strong! I had 4 sessions with her. She exceeded my expectations! She came up with a spreadsheet that has 3 different workouts complete with embedded video links so I can continue to do them correctly.

This is a great gym with awesome coaches! The small group classes are fun yet challenging and the coaches pay attention you. I'm also taking personal training lessons from Nick, highly recommend the one-one if you are looking for a little extra. Super clean space as well. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this gym is. I was nervous starting because I’ve had mostly negative experiences at gyms especially regarding weight and food shaming. Every trainer I’ve worked with has been encouraging, respectful and willing to work at my (slow) pace as I find my footing. I truly could not recommend this place enough. More than worth the money :)

I can't say anything negative about this fitness experience. I've been a member since the gym has opened and I can't think of a more welcoming warm community. The classes are intimate allowing for more individualized attention. They have been able to structure a program that not only builds over the course of a six week program, it's allowed me to do things that I have not been able to do in several years.

Have a variety of scheduled class times and are very accommodating for more personal one-on-one training sessions. This is not your typical 24 hour fitness gym environment or studio session. I have paid upwards $100 session for training sessions at other gyms that were half as good. Groups are small and we lift each other up.

I consider myself one of the remaining OG members along with my husband. Unless they closed the doors permanently, we refuse to go to any other gym. Even during the pandemic, they accommodated with a very alternate program to keep the fitness progress going while all gyms across the country were closed.

As selfish as it would be to keep this amazing secret to myself, I'm a hard core supporter of this business... It's not a gym, but a family.

Met Nick and Kyle while working on a suite below them, the sound of weights hitting the floor peaked my interest and so glad I did. Nick has a beautiful gym that is set up for such a wide variety of goals that you just can't miss with these guys. Whether you are looking for strength training, fitness, body recompostion, or D all of the above they have a coach to meet your needs and desires. Come for the workout, stay for the community.

Small class sizes. Plenty of class times to work with my week/end schedules. I’ve never had an issue reserving a class spot before it filling. Attentive, knowledgeable, and patient trainers. Healthy mix of gender, age, color, and fitness levels in the member community.

Excellent fitness programming; very variable movements. I could attend every class in a week and never repeat movements. There always seems to be a program focus in place e.g. 4-week bench press focus, 6-week running focus, etc. Each program starts and ends with a test to assess progress over time. The programming motivates regular class attendance.

The gym also nurtures member community with regular/monthly events like bowling, trivia, rock climbing, pot lucks, etc. It’s fun to connect with other gym members outside of the gym given we see each other so regularly in the gym.

I’ve just completed month 8 with the gym, and I’m in the best shape of my life. Hitting the ground running in 2022. Big thanks to the FW Strong staff and member community.

10/10 recommend if you’re looking for the best gym in DFW! I found this gym a little over a year ago when I was looking for help kickstarting an exercise program that I could STICK TO. Fort Worth Strong has met and exceeded every expectation I had when I walked in! The coaching staff is knowledgeable and well trained, and offers great value with their different specialties. The gym is clean, stocked with great equipment, and offers group classes, personal training, hybrid plans, nutrition coaching, specialty workshops, etc. Lastly, this gym has a sense of community that I’ve never seen emulated at any other gym. When you come to class, your coaches and peers are there to greet you, check in on your progress, and keep you motivated during the workout. After a few months, you’ll get used to seeing your “gym buddies” at every class, and it offers an additional layer of accountability. When you get the chance, drop in to sample a workout to start out the new year strong (Fort Worth Strong, that is). You won’t regret it.

I love going to FTW Strong! I have been a part of of other training programs/gyms over the years, but this gym has been my favorite by far! It has small classes, a fun environment, and encouraging coaches who aren’t afraid to challenge you. Great training options for all fitness levels. Amazing community, always sparking clean, and attentive coaches. The coaches communicate with their members on an individual level, learning about our strengths and weaknesses in order to modify workouts for our needs. The gym is conveniently located on magnolia, near several great local restaurants and coffee shops. Due to COVID, the owner took necessary precautions to make sure all members practice social distancing and allows sufficient time to clean equipments in between classes. Couldn’t recommend this gym more, drop in for a class you won’t be disappointed!!

4 months ago I was in a terrible rut physically and mentally! I was making terrible eating choices and not working out.
