I’ve been training with Forrest for 7 months now, and I truly can’t recommend him enough. He’s incredibly attentive—always making sure your form is correct and that you’re getting the most out of every workout. His energy is encouraging without ever being pushy, which makes a big difference, especially in group classes. The class environment is supportive and welcoming to people of all ages and fitness levels.
Since joining his sessions, I’ve not only grown stronger physically, but I’ve also gained a lot more confidence in what my body can do—and in how I feel about myself, both physically and mentally. I absolutely love this gym! It’s a hidden gem in the community — small enough to feel personal, but still has everything you need for a great workout. The atmosphere is welcoming and never intimidating, which makes it perfect whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years.
They offer both private and group classes, which I really appreciate. The private sessions are tailored and motivating — the trainers take time to understand your goals and push you just the right amount. The group classes are always fun, high-energy, and supportive. It feels like working out with friends, and the instructors do a great job of keeping everyone engaged and challenged at their own level.
What really sets this gym apart is the sense of community. The staff know your name, celebrate your progress, and genuinely care. You don’t feel like just another member — you feel like part of the family.

I’ve been attending small-group classes at Forte Fitness twice a week for the past three months, and I’m already noticing small but meaningful wins. I have a history of knee pain that caused me to quit other workout programs, but Forest took my concerns seriously from day one. He’s careful to avoid overloading past injuries, checks in weekly, and adapts workouts to each person’s needs. On top of that, he’s personable and makes every class enjoyable. If you’re looking for safe, effective, and supportive training, I can’t recommend Forte Fitness enough.

My only recommendation would be to get a better stop watch (lol) for some reason it’s too fast during the breaks between sets.

If I am completely honest, not only am I overweight, but I'm lazy. I work 10 hr shifts and have zero motivation to go workout. But I wanted to make a change and I knew I would not go to a gym where a bunch of "fit" people are just wanting to maintain or "be seen". I needed accountability. I needed professional help. I'm so glad I found Forrest. I started about 5 weeks ago. Do I like working out? NO. But do I feel seen, heard, respected? Yes. This is a one-on-one or small group place. No more than 6 people at a time in class. And everyone I have met in class is super nice. Forrest is able to tailor each workout to your abilities even if there are 5 others in the class. He is respectful of my limitations but also pushes me to do more than I thought I could. He is motivating and encouraging. He is also funny and upbeat even when he is being tough. I am honestly glad I joined. I highly recommend Forrest/Forte if you need to make a change but a big gym is not for you.

I love working out here. Every workout is something new and turns into a “feel good” sore the next day. I started in September and have seen a HUGE improvement and have loved the way the progress has changed my body. Forrest is such a great coach! His energetic and upbeat personality make the workouts fly by and enjoyable! The workouts are challenging but he knows how/when to push you harder even when you don’t say it. Forrest is very knowledgeable and attentive to make sure your form is correct and super helpful in finding new ways to complete an exercise with an injury! Best trainer in Ft. Worth!

Forrest is a great personal trainer!
Highly recommend for 1:1 training or a small group setting. Form is very important & I loved how Forrest sets a great example of showing good form. He also did well with creating full body workouts & keeping them within 45 mins. He has good guidance on nutrition too!

I’ve always struggled with finding a good routine and holding myself accountable when it comes to working out, so I decided that working with a trainer would be the best path for me. From the initial consultation to the classes I’m taking now, Forrest is incredibly knowledgeable about good form, positive eating practices, and overall personal health. He’s upfront and transparent about it being a partnership, and he truly pushes you to improve. I couldn’t recommend Forte Fitness enough

I have been coming here and working with Forrest for a couple weeks now. I am absolutely loving it so far. He has been a great trainer and I have made a couple friends already. Forrest listens and adjust moves to each of our needs. He pushes and motivates me which is really what I was looking for. I would recommend at least having a chat with them if you're looking to have a personal trainer or small group strength training; see if this would work for you.
