Small group training provides an encouraging, high energy environment with attentive coaching which makes training more fun, provides more accountability, and helps develop a community of like-minded individuals. While you will have an exercise program tailored to you, you will train with a group of driven people, each with his/her own personal goals. For adults and youth athletes, you won’t find a better program or training environment around.

I trained with Robbie while I was living in Carrollton. He was knowledgeable and always had a workout planned that would accommodate my issues/injuries. Robbie is kind and very personable. As a person who struggles with social anxiety it is so nice to work with someone whose down-to-earth personality never left me nervous or uncomfortable.

If you're searching for an in home personal trainer I highly recommend Robbie with Foundation Fitness! He focuses on full body strength training and also works closely with the pelvic floor therapists at Genesis for his pregnant and PP clients. I started working with him when I was 7 months PP and I know that his individualized workout plan has drastically improved my quality of life based on some of the PP challenges I was dealing with. You don't need a gym in order to have effective workouts with him. I can attest to that! He also has a full at home gym in you prefer to get out of the house!

I reached out to Robbie not really knowing what I needed but knew it was something after having three kids and doing nothing for myself in 8 yrs. I met with him a few days later and our plan was in place. In between all that I managed to convince two other friends/moms to join.

Well let me just say that Robbie has been the angel we didn’t know we were missing. The workouts are challenging but totally doable. Anything can be modified. I have hip/knee issues, my friend just had a csection and my other friend has a one yr old walking around her workouts, yet we all get the work in and modified to our needs.

I could have joined a gym but I knew I needed something more. This was it! Robbie checks in with us throughout the week (we are bad clients) to make sure we stay clear of the donuts and junk that will not help us achieve our goals. In a few short weeks I am already feeling stronger, have more energy and feel more motivated than ever to keep it going. I would highly recommend Robbie to any of my friends. He’s more than just a trainer! He holds you accountable outside of the “gym” too!

I was not working out because I don’t care for gyms and just lost my motivation. A friend told me about Robbie at Foundation Fitness and I thought ok I’m gonna give it a try. He has a great gym setup in his garage until he opens his own gym soon. It’s an intimate but not intimidating environment and I have enjoyed being pushed by Robbie when I wasn’t feeling it.. He is so educated and focused on each person and their separate goals and strength or past injuries.
