It’s a good body builder oriented gym. Good equipment for serious gains but it’s pretty limited in some regards. Feels a bit cramped in there. Can be dirty at times especially the rest rooms. I’d say the location sucks. Regardless of what direction you’re coming from the traffic to get there is terrible and the roads are brutal. No sauna or recovery equipment but you get what you pay for with this gym.

Absolutely terrible recently. Ive been bodybuilding here for over 2 years and it used to be great, but for the past 6 months if you step foot in this gym ANYTIME BEFORE 11PM AT NIGHT GOOD LUCK BEING ABLE TO TRAIN. So many people everywhere your pretty much shoulder to shoulder its awful Almost EVERYTHING is taken be it freeweights, machines, barbells doesn't matter. By the time your able to get on a machine like the lying down chest fly machine if your strong at all there is litterally not enough 25lb plates (thats the biggest plate this machine takes) in the gym to max it out. To add insult to injury the people taking up everything screw around for 20+ minutes so good luck just waiting on them by the time they are done your pump is gone. I have had to come up here 12am or later everyday or I have to deal with this. Fox expand the gym or do something to deal with this because im paying $40+ a month for this and its rediculous.

This gym is such high quality! They have ppl of different fitness levels, ages, and body types. I am not thin nor was I in shape when I started, but I never felt judged or unwelcome. Fox Fitness is the gym for me and my family. The energy here is contagious and motivating. It’s full of incredible, top of the line weight lifting equipment and a room you can stretch and do workouts in if you want a little privacy and it’s 24/7 for members. I just recently got a membership after only coming here one time. It’s very clean and the machines are very much well kept after. They have lots of different machines to really target certain parts of your body! I absolutely love that they have an outdoor turf area especially with the weather cooling down. Fox is just a whole different vibe from most gyms starting from the people to their music. You could actually come here and not need headphones! I would 100% recommend getting a membership if you are super focused on fitness!

Big dog Anthony and Big dog Braden were terrific. Never been to a gym that has some of the best employees. Genuine guys who care about the members as well as the equipment. Ive been to multiple gym facilities around the dfw. I did my 12 week prep here and saw amazing results. Unfortunately I did not win the competition and I didn’t achieve my ifbb pro card but we will go back stronger next year around. With fox fitness on my side. I have been a Fox Gym member going on 5+ years. My experiences have not wavered:

1. They hire cheerful and helpful people.

2. Even though they take a beating, their equipment is in good condition and/or replaced promptly.

3. Everyone feels welcome. You get a smile when you enter and it stays with during your workout.

4. There is an ambience of respect in the gym. It is a serious gym. People are courteous to one another. They use wipes if they don't have a towel.

5. It is spacious. Even at full capacity, you don't feel crowded or confined.

6. You can drop your children, keys or phone. No one will mess with them.

7. They fly the American, Texas and police flags prominently.

8. They are good people. Full Stop.

I’ve been coming to this gym for over 2 years and I only have positive things to say about this place. The choice of music is enough to make me want to leave the gym, which i soon will. Obnoxious ebonics ridden club remixes non stop. Also, as is common, women wear less modest clothes than the women on harry hines and thats not an exaggeration.

My son started working out at Fox before enlisting in Air Force. Plus, my sister & brother-in-law have been members for (2) years. My son is based in FL but still a member, so when on leave to come home, he can work out.

Dec 18, in gym today, the music was so loud could not hear my podcast. Buds have noise cancelling and still no good--bass too loud. I would estimate that +80% of the gym users have buds, noise cancelling headphones etc.....the loud music is common in your reviews and yet no resolution. Please ask your staff to turn down the music.

Was in the gym today, C2 rower had a loose foot pad/rest. Told Lane at the desk about it, he got some tools and had it straightened out in less than 10 mins. Great job! Getting it fixed right away prevented it getting additional damage from being loose. Appreciate his work.
