I’ve been a part of the Frank’s Fitness Fam for over one year now. After winning a membership in a silent auction for my son’s JROTC, I started going. It’s a hidden gem right of Jones Road. The gym itself has everything you need - from equipment to dumb bells, and even TRX bands. I wasn’t sure how I felt about it being 24 hours but it’s always been clean, locked, and safe as there are cameras.
I decided to sign up for personal training and haven’t looked back. There aren’t classes as Frank takes a personalized approach on Fitness. Coming from F45 where it was kinda rushed and I didn’t get to lift heavy, I like that and have seen better results.
He’s credentialed in woman’s fitness & corrective exercise which has been very helpful for me. His background in the military also helps as he’s gonna ensure you’re held accountable and will check in. There’s definitely something about community that makes a gym successful and I think that’s part of what will drive results.
You’re not going to find intimidating vibes here. There are definitely regulars but they have all been inviting in my experience.
If you’re looking to get stronger without injuring yourself, this is your spot!

I’ve officially completed 6 months with Frank at Frank’s Fitness. He has been what I’ve needed to make a much needed lifestyle change. The first three months he helped me get into the habit of ensuring I workout regularly. I felt stronger and stronger as each month went by. Before joining here, I hadn’t worked out in years and was scared to workout due to a herniated disk and constant back pain. Within a month of working out with him my back pain is mostly gone and doesn’t impact my life at all now.
On the 4th month, he helped me focus on my nutrition and how important it is to make better nutritional choices to see real change and weight loss. Now after 3 months of both, staying on top of my workouts with him and changing my nutrition, I’m down 15 lbs and more importantly, down several inches.
He makes sure I’m held accountable for my goals and that I actually put in the work which is how it should be. He’s been the best type of motivator throughout this process and am very excited to continue with him!

I’ve been going to Frank’s Fitness for about 15 months now, and I can honestly say it’s been a game-changer for me. It’s a locally owned gym with a super welcoming atmosphere and a real sense of community. Everyone here is friendly and supportive, and it’s just a great place to work out without any of the pressure or ego you might find at bigger gyms.
The biggest difference for me has been working with Frank. He really knows his stuff and takes the time to build a plan that works for you. Since I started training with him, I’ve gotten a lot stronger, and I always look forward to coming in. He pushes you, but in the best way—and he’s always there to help with form, questions, or just to keep you motivated.
What I love most is how personalized everything feels, and how the people here make it such a positive experience. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to fitness or have been at it for a while—this place makes you feel like you belong.
Highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a supportive environment, great personal training, and real results.

I’ve been attending Franks Fitness for a few months and I can easily say that this is my favorite place to work out! Frank is very helpful and motivating. I’ve only started working out here in November and I’m already seeing the results I’ve been hoping for. Frank is very versatile by catering to your needs and what your body can handle but also pushing you to do better. Not only is Frank amazing but the community is equally as amazing!

Coach Frank Castillo is a wonderful trainer. As an older woman he has motivated me and has helped make me stronger and more agile. I see muscle definition even if baby muscles!

I went to Frank back in March to get moving again and to work on rehabbing a messed up knee with arthritis, torn meniscus and tendon tear. Since then I can say I’m moving alot easier with greater range of motion and an overall improvement in my strength. I’m very happy so far! The gym is well kept and everyone there is very friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend Frank as a trainer; he is very knowledgeable! You won’t be disappointed.

I trained with Frank at this gym for over 4 years. It is a beautiful studio gym with literally everything you need (if you understand how to train your body). The benefit of training with Frank was not only understanding losing weight and having a good trainer. I learned all about my body type and style. How to manage my body and continue to train and maintain my fitness goals even though I have moved away from the area. Frank is a phenomenal trainer and extremely dedicated to his clients. He will analyze your body, focus on rehabilitation and strengthening areas which circles back to his education and knowledge as a trainer. Since Frank I have had 2 PT and fired them both immediately. I am extremely proud to represent Franks Fitness where ever. I have learned so much through the years that I am able to analyze and identify my body myself and I can identify fake trainers trying to take my money.

This place is my favorite in the area. Frank knows what he's doing, listens to what your goals are, and specifies your workout to your needs. I can't express how grateful I am to have found someone who knows what they're doing and cares about the people. I also had a knee injury and Frank knew what movements and exercises to do to rehab and restrengthen it to prevent future issues. The people are nice, and if you happen to be part of the early morning crowd, the older ladies are so precious. The gym itself is smaller and private, so it's not overwhelming or crowded. It's a clean and welcoming environment. I've been training with Frank for 6 months. I feel so much better than before. I'm stronger and much more knowledgeable about muscle groups, how the body moves, and what to use.

I started training with Frank back in the beginning of 2023 and I’m so glad that I did! Not only is he very knowledgeable in his industry, he is very much focused on YOUR goals. Your training with him is designed specifically for you and what you are looking to gain from it. He takes the time to learn about how you move in order to ensure not only safety, but success! One of my favorite things about working with Frank are the times when he puts something new or heavier in front of me. I may think it’s impossible, and then I surprise myself when I can do it. He knows what he’s doing, even when I don’t believe in me sometimes. He does. If you’re looking for a trainer who cares about your goals and wants to help you reach them, I’d definitely recommend Frank!

In 2022, I was in so much pain that I could not sit for more than 15 mins without tears. Doctors could not help or tell me the issue. In the beginning of 2023, I gave up on Doctors and went to Frank. I told him my issues, and he made a game plan. I have been going to him for a year now, and I am 100% better. I can drive and sit with no issues! I am stronger and so much more confident. He is truly an amazing Coach! Thank you buddy!

I started training with Frank June 2022 and I cannot be happier with my results. I would look forward to my training days because the gym environment is so inviting. Frank pushes you to the max but in the process you feel yourself get stronger. Trust the process and know that he can only get you so far. You have to have the motivation to keep going. 5 months of training 3 days a week have gotten me great results so far. Frank is very knowledgeable and there is no doubt he will get me to my results I want the fastest. I train with Frank two times a week and have been coming for about two months now. Making the decision to train at Frank’s Fitness was one of my best decisions to date. The gym is a great spot to workout away from the big box corporate gyms. Frank, the owner and personal trainer, is a Marine veteran with certificates in different styles of training & rehabilitation. He understands how to work around your personal goals while keeping you engaged and moving. I worked with Frank as my trainer for over a year, and I never felt stronger, motivted, empowered, and educated in my own personal fitness goals. Frank led the way to me hitting a 405lbs squat, 450lbs deadlift, and benching 375lbs. This was all after he rehabbed a bad shoulder and lower back problem over the course of a month by building structure and stability around my injuries.
Frank is literally the best trainer I've ever worked with, and his gym is more than adequate enough for your personal fitness needs.

Great gym with an amazing coach. Frank is always accommodating and works great with my schedule and fitness goals. He knows the right balance between pushing me to strive but also understanding when I fail at some things. His gym is always clean and the people are friendly but leave you alone if you prefer. I’ve been working with Frank for almost a year now and I can’t even begin to describe how much better about myself feel. I am constantly noticing myself getting stronger and showing some noticeable changes in my physique which is exactly what I wanted.
I’ve worked with personal trainers in the past but where Frank really shines is his ability to notice where your weaknesses are, be them injury based or general limitations, and he creates a plan to become stronger.
On a personal level, Frank has amazing attention to detail and is such a giving individual. He is honest, up front, and easy to get along with.
I know I personally have a crazy schedule and sometimes I have to change an appointment last minute due to a work conflict. Frank has been more than accommodating to my crazy schedule and truly has been the coach I’ve needed to get myself back on track.
I can’t recommend him enough and I thank him for providing me the guidance, accountability and coaching I’ve desperately needed.

I have been training with Frank since December 2019. He helps to push me toward my fitness goals by encouraging me to not give up. He's firm but not mean which makes it impossible to hate him when I'm out of breath or can't do another rep. Flexible schedule and loyalty to his clients are also things that keep me coming back.

This place is amazing. I have been a member here for over a year. Love the new upgrades. Before I found this place I tried all the big brand and expensive gyms before but this one is perfect.
The staff is very helpful as well feels like a big family!!!!!
I’m not as closed to the gym as I was before but still make the trip!

Frank has been training me for over 2 years. He understands what's needed to train a person to gain real Strength. I have a 25 year old femur injury which has bugged me since it happened. He trained my legs to a place where I don't notice the difference anymore. He, also, trained me into the best shape I've even been. I've never had so much muscle definition in my life.
