“I’ve had such an incredible experience at FS8! Over the past year, I’ve lost around 60 lbs, and I credit much of that to this amazing studio. The workouts, community, and support here have made such a huge difference in my journey. I first signed up for the intro five-pack of classes and quickly found myself going 3–5 times a week. Since then, I’ve seen tremendous progress in my strength, gained new skills, and learned so much about Pilates.
I’m especially grateful to Nicolette at the front desk, who always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of, and to Jamie, who I worked with during the strength program—she’s funny, sweet, and endlessly encouraging.
I cannot say enough good things about this studio and the amazing team here. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

" Drink the koolaid." Mentality for this workout. I felt force feed information. I came for a few days training. Half of my questions weren't answered and instead of communicating they felt I wasn't a fit no one said anything. The environment was not comfortable big shout out to Jo tho the only person who seemed real. Everyone was fake barbie dolls. I don't know why my important questions were ignored but at this training I knew I'd be quitting this job well before they opened their doors. To have such an unsafe workout is just liabilities waiting to happen. Mean girl Mentality and superiority complex. I have nothing nice to say about this training as it needs to be 200% revamped

Absolutely love FS8! The use of strength training with the reformer, integrating Pilates and Yoga principles is seriously game changing. Pushes me to new limits every time I take, highly recommend. The 5 class offer is a great way to try the different styles before you commit to membership.

Super easy to find via the instruction email they send before your first class. Tried the 5 class for $50 introduction deal and am very inpressed with the facilities, space, teachers, and curriculum.

The perfect workout for iPad babies and Youtube workout lovers. Moves are constantly displayed on screens as you work out, showing you how many moves are left and how many seconds are left in that set. The music tends to enter that R&B space which is refreshing, and the workouts are pretty dynamic.

"FS8 SoCo is fantastic! The studio is super clean, the workouts are both challenging and rewarding, and the atmosphere is always fun and motivating. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and bring great energy to every class. If you can, book a class with Allison, CieCie, Nalani, or Tee! They're amazing and will kick your butt...in a good way :)

I signed up for a class that started at 5:30. I walked in at 5:30 and I was not allowed into class because they had already started, even though I was exactly on time. I had also been there before so not sure why it was required to be early. They refunded me a “cancellation fee” even though I showed up to class exactly on time.

Changed 1-star review to 5-stars!
1 star was due to it being very difficult to get a hold of someone via phone.
However, the classes have been great. Big shout out to CeCe. I’ve had her as a coach at both FS8 & F45 & she’s my fave! She makes classes so easy to follow at FS8. Her energy radiates & it’s great to be around her!

Calling this a reformer pilates class is a disgrace…….we barely used the reformer. This was a high intensity interval training class. Pilates is about form. This was about doing every exercise for 60 seconds without any thought to form. No form was corrected throughout class and WE DIDNT EVEN DO FEET IN STRAPS.

Had the best experience here! I took the Tuesday 5:30pm class with Jenn and she was a phenomenal instructor. I tend to dislike working out after a long work day, but her class was so fun and her positive energy was infectious! It was such a great workout and I’m now thinking I have to sign up for a membership. I would highly recommend taking her class!
Update: I took my second class with Jenn. I brought a friend (it was his first time) and we both said we are going to be Pilates regulars here! Jenn makes you feel both comfortable moving at your own pace and also challenging yourself. I recommend her class for all skill levels.

I just attended my very first Pilates class, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Jenn was an incredible instructor—so knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. She made sure everyone was comfortable while also challenging us to push ourselves. Her clear instructions and positive energy kept me engaged and confident throughout the class. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to get into Pilates or take their practice to the next level!

FS8 at SOCO is my favorite part of every day. Kieran at the front is an absolute ray of sunshine. CiCi challenges me every class and boosts my confidence. Tessa is a QUEEN! Rachel has the best music choice! Jaime is so kind and full of compliments. Allison always has the best cueing. And Tee’s one liners hit so hard. If you are even thinking about trying a class, stop thinking and just go. 10/10 all the way around!!!!

As a new Pilates enthusiast and a long time athlete, I highly recommend this place. The coaches and staff are fantastic and have always made me feel welcomed and a part of the community. The workouts have a lot of variety and modifications are available to increase the challenge or support individual needs. Overall, whether you are a new to physical activity or a grizzled veteran athlete, this place has something for you.

If you practice classical Pilates, the reformer portion of FLEX can feel contradictory to the methodology of classical reformer. Definitely more of a cross training experience than Pilates. Good way to break a sweat, but don’t expect to be refining reformer skills and doing moves like jackknife. Be sure to listen really closely, it can be difficult to hear the instructor over the music.

I'm new to any form of Pilates and found FS8 based on proximity to where I live. I did the 5 class trial and enjoyed it so much. It's a challenging workout but the coaches are great (and patient) and will walk around to help with your form.
It's next door to an F45 as well, where you can do a joint membership. I ended up signing up for both FS8 and F45.
Highly recommend it!

Was really excited to try this place, but I couldn't find it! There are several buildings in the area, and I didn't see their name on any signs, google maps image took me to a building where there was no sign at all and it didn't look like it was there. I wandered around for 15 minutes and still couldn't find it. No insurections on class pass, and no phone number to call on google. Make sure people can find you and contact you.

FS8 is amazing! By far my favorite pilates concept. The FS8 class experience is unique to the pilates industry utilizing the FS8 TV technology to deliver the pilates programming, which changes each day. I'm new to pilates so having the TV's as a reference point for me to keep up with the movements was so helpful while the training team corrected my form. The FS8 Soco studio is right inside F45's global headquarters. Allison and the training staff are so welcoming and attentive to all of the members and the studio is luxurious and clean. Music was on point too! Check them out.

Love this spot! This is a hidden gem in Soco that is the bright star on the map! Blending Yoga warm up and cool down with Pilates was a great mix of energy, challenge and was humbling for someone who takes a ton of group classes. The instructors were amazing and kept the class engaged and me entertained when my muscles were shaking! Must Recommend!

There’s no comparison to other Pilates concepts. The staff is amazing and the workout is second to none. This is the hottest thing to hit the Pilates market and I love the fact it’s in Austin. 💥🚀 It’s also right next to F45 so it’s great. You can join both and get your HIIT training with the Pilates. 👏🏻👏🏻🤛🏻 plus I love this parking and so clean!

FS8 is a brand new boutique Pilates studio specializing in its own blend of reformer pilates, yoga & resistance training. FS8 isn't just a fitness studio, it's a sanctuary for anyone looking for a premium fitness experience and the bonus is its workout is more than just a single modality.
The studio itself is beautifully designed, with ample natural light and a vibrant aesthetic. Allison, Tess and the rest of the trainers are welcoming and knowledgeable, making you feel right at home from the get-go.
What truly sets FS8 apart is the workout. Blending yoga, reformer pilates, and resistance-based training methods, every class is a dynamic fusion that challenges both your body and mind in the best possible way. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting out on your journey, there's something for everyone.
Beyond the physical benefits, FS8 also prioritizes holistic wellness, fostering a sense of community and connection among its members. It's more than just a place to break a sweat; it's a supportive environment where you're encouraged to challenge yourself, grow, and thrive.
If you're looking for a great workout complimented by a premium, bespoke experience, I can't recommend FS8 enough. Your body, mind and soul will thank you for it!

I have been going to fs8 soco for a week. I really like that they have different class styles including some that are more traditional pilates, some that are more traditionally strength focused, and some that are focused on recovery. The staff is all super nice. The class sizes are the largest i’ve seen at a pilates studio at 15. There are no mirrors in the room which is different, but they have tvs all over showing you how to do the moves.
