The Full Circle Fitness gym has the best coaches ever- they are so supportive and also push you to be your best. They have also created a super supportive and fun community within the gym with the group class-style sessions. Additionally, the movements at the gym themselves are great for mobility and strength and I love how there are always modifications if you can’t perform the original exercise. Lastly, I love the strength and cardio set up where we do both a strength portion and a cardio portion everyday, as I feel is it a perfect balance between functional strength training and helping to improve your cardiovascular health. All in all, this is a great gym and all of the members make you feel so included and welcome!

They’re essentially a small business, CrossFit gym.

I like it because there’s a sense of community and classes are small. Limited to 16 but the most I’ve shared a class with is 8 others.

Also, I don’t feel the humiliation of not being young, slender, or fit.

Everyone goes at their own pace. Emphasis is put on safety and learning.

Plus, there are many examples of fit men and women that are older than me there.

I wasn’t upset about how I looked before. I wanted a healthier life. The short program I did at FCF helped me add many healthy habits to my life in less than 4 weeks. Exercise was just a small part of it.

From day one, the community has been so warm and welcoming, it’s clear that everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed. The coaching staff is top-notch: incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive. They make sure you’re using proper body mechanics, offer modifications based on your fitness level, and still manage to challenge you to get stronger every session. They meet you where you are in your fitness journey but don’t let you stay there. The workouts are varied and engaging, which keeps things interesting and prevents the dreaded workout rut. Plus, they have a wide range of class times throughout the day which is a huge win for my unpredictable work schedule, I can always find a session that fits!

Full Circle Fitness has been one of my favorites so far. The classes are hard but the trainers will also meet you where you are at. Edit: I drive about 20 to 30 minutes just to workout here with John. I know I probably passed at least 3 gyms... But that's how much I trust John and enjoy his training.

Fantastic gym for all individuals. At 2 months now and loving it. Perfect mix of strength, hiit, cardio. Enjoy doing the major barbell lifts but also the auxiliary lifts with dumbbells or Trx bands. If you’re burnt out on orange theory, F45, or other formats, this is your gym. Not a “CrossFit” gym. Pulls the best things from it with none of the negatives. Small community culture and great other gym members. Also flexible payment plans that fit any budget. John is owner/coach, super friendly, welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Highly recommend!

My experience at the gym is so far great. I would 100% recommend this gym to all fitness level people. Both the coaches (John and Kevin) are very informative, they know what they are doing. They will make you understand the movements/concepts first before jumping on to the weights (scaled up to your strengths). Technique more important than the intensity is what they follow (which is what I believe too when you are looking for injury free working out).

I was skeptical about trying out this new gym in McKinney and wasn’t sure I could even keep up with the exercises, being 62. John met me on my first day and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Our group was made up of @ 8 women, all different ages and sizes, which put me at ease. John helped and encouraged me throughout the movements, modifying movements for me as a beginner. It was tough but I made it through! All the girls were so great in congratulating me and spurring me on for a second day. And my second day went well, too! I feel excited to continue this, pushing myself to do more for a strong, healthy body! Thanks, John!

I can't talk highly enough about this gym and the owners and trainers. I wasn't getting results and needed to switch up my workouts, and it's been refreshing working out somewhere where you're motivated to push yourself, but where proper form is constantly preached.

This is the quickest drop in body fat and the quickest muscle gain I've seen since going to gyms, all without aggravating my old injuries. This gym is truly one of a kind.
