Amazing Gym with Incredible Owners!
I’ve been training at Full Force Gym in Porter, and I couldn’t be happier. The owners truly care about their members, they’ve created an environment that’s supportive, motivating, and welcoming to everyone, no matter your fitness level.

The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, there’s plenty of space to train, and the atmosphere pushes you to give your best every time you walk in.

If you’re looking for a gym where you’re more than just a membership number, Full Force Gym is the place. Highly recommend!

Pros: good location, not hard to get to. Friendly staff who keep the place tidy. Not too busy for the most part, I come at night mostly. Plenty of parking and open 24/7. Has a sauna that works all the time. Nice cardio machines.

Cons: One or two machines down or broken beyond use, such as the t-bar row which is bent. Not a whole lot of selection once multiple stations are down. Smith machine also needs to be oiled.
Some members also feel like they need to do a full body circuit and occupy 3-4 machines, combine this with some broken machines and the overall size of the gym and you’ll find it real hard to get a good workout in.

I’d opt for a week pass to test it out and see if it’s right for you

I been in this gym for almost 5 months, and I only have good things to say 😀, they have this little room for kids with tv , 2 clean bathrooms, sauna . Rocio is always there with a big smile in the reception area, she is very nice and always ready to help, I had the pleasure to meet the owners and they are amazing people. Access 24/7 with your own key

I BOUGHT A 1 YEAR MEMBERSHIP FOR MY DAUGHTER IN MARCH OF 2023 FOR HER BIRTHDAY. I DEALT WITH THE OWNER. IT WAS FOR 1 YEAR. THEY CONTINUED TO BILL ME AFTER THE YEAR. I DID NOT NOTICE AT FIRST AND WHEN I DID I CALLED, SENT A MESSAGE AND A LETTER ASKING THEM TO STOP BILLING ME. FIRST THEY LIED AND TOLD ME SHE RENEWED IT. NOW THEY SAY ITS THEIR POLICY TO AUTO RENEW UNLESS YOU ADVISE TO CANCEL BEFORE THAT. WELL I GAVE THEM A 365 DAY CANCELLATION WHEN I TOLD THE OWNER THAT IT WAS FOR 1 YEAR. NOW SHE WILL NOT TALK TO ME ONLY HER CLERKS. THEY CAN CANCEL THE ACH BUT THEY WONT. THIS IS DISHONEST AND BASIC THEFT.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! I decided not to renew my contract after it was done but a week later I was charged the month plus a service fee. Made some fake emails saying I wanted to renew contract but I pointed out it was not my email account that sent them. The gym itself is ok kind of small and can get a bit crowded in the afternoons. What ruined it was being charged again.

Sheesh no matter the time of day no one answers. This is supposed to be a fully functional business. I'd like to tour before getting my membership. If none of the machines work, old, and limited equipment I'll drive 30+ to find a more reliable gym -that's cheaper with value

I am wrapping up my second year at this place, and I am not renewing again. I would strongly advise against going there. Although there is a lot more that I could say to explain why I am giving them a one-star review, it would be pointless as they do not handle criticism constructively.

If you do decide to go there, be prepared to waste your money, as the equipment is not well-maintained and could cause injuries. In fact, I have spent thousands of dollars treating injuries caused by their negligence.

It was great for the first year. Equipment is breaking a lot more often now, and it takes too long to complete repairs or replacements. Given this is a small gym and the limited equipment option, I feel that they could do repairs faster for better enjoyment of the facilities and the price point. When I called to report, I thought the agent brushed off my concerns instead of de-escalating or reassuring me that it would be completed promptly. The vibes are good, and the regular guests are great!

What does $55 a month get you? Rusty weights, dumbbells with no weight tags on them, Are you grabbing 25lbs or 30? Who knows! No resistance bands, bosu or medicine balls, no scales, no hot water for showers/handwashing, no complimentary guest passes, no discounted rates for family plans, three options for cardio, with the bikes looking like they’re straight from the 80s, seats on equipment that are splitting open and damaged, no advertised options for personal training, and facilities are generally unclean.

Seriously, i get there’s no competition in the immediate area, but the decline in quality in the past year is startling. When my contract is up, I plan on driving the extra 10 minutes and going to a place that has better equipment at half the price.

Amazing gym, hard core gym very in the zone gym, had the BEST leg days, massive pump with all the pin loaded and plate machines, love all the many options of leg machines, highly suggest this gym for leg day and any muscle group , very versatile for any fitness goals far lost and bodybuilding, love the fact it’s open 24/7 a day, highly recommend this gym.

This gym seemed to have everything I am looking for as I just moved to the area. I have called twice. One during the a weekday and the other older the weekend at what would be considered working business hours (9-5). Both times no one answered and there was no option to leave a voice mail. I stopped by the facility to inquire about a day pass and the doors only allow members into the facility. There is a sign saying guests are not allowed in the building with out manager permission. I'm just confused how a potential customer is supposed to check out the gym or even be a member.

I walked in today, and the woman behind the counter was super sweet. She show me around and was very passionate! After describing the prices, which ran from month to month, up to 1 or 2 year contracts. They even offer day passes, for 12 dollars. I decided to try the day pass that last 24 hours!! So having purchased at 1pm I plan on returning to work out in the morning. The place was smaller, but has absolutely everything from free weights, to bench presses and squat racks, to machines and treadmills. I will be signing up!! Did I mention the sauna and shower. Really impressive for being a smaller gym. Check it out!

One of the better gyms in the Porter/New Caney area. Although a bit on the smaller side, it contains more than enough equipment for the intermediate to advanced lifter. Owners are also really nice and will hear your suggestions to make this a better gym. A sauna is also a BIG plus. Compared to its gym-neighbors of the beginner focused Planet fitness and the extremely raw powerlifting gym 'Scarlett Barbell Club'. This is the best of both those worlds. Still needs a little work but I believe it will only get better as the gym grows and adapts to members wants/needs.

I love this gym ! From the ownership, to management, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. This new location is mint from the sauna to the equipment, to the facility itself.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend full force fitness to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience.

This gym is AMAZING!!! I feel 100% safe/comfortable every time I’m there! Everything is clean, organized, and a great layout of space! They have top of the line equipment, a VERY nice sauna, and cute kids room too for parents! Did I also mention they are open 24 HOURS?!!?! The owner is such a sweetheart and very helpful!!! Anyone in the community that has not joined yet is missing out!!!
