We love FX so much! My daughter has been at this gym for 3 years now and has loved every single year and she loves all her coaches! She has done her tumbling and cheer all 3 years she’s been here and never had any issues! Mrs. Darla takes care of any concerns or questions we’ve ever had. My daughter also does private lessons with different coaches (holly, heather, Dylan) for different skills and they’re all great, patient and very knowledgeable and explain everything great to make sure my daughter understands what she needs to do to be able to achieve the best!

My daughter is new to cheer at 11 yo and cheer FX has made her welcomed like family. I definitely recommend anyone to cheer FX. You won’t be disappointed!

My daughter has been in cheer and tumbling off and on since she was 4! She absolutely loves this gym and gets excited to come to practice! All the staff is amazing!!! We love Cheer FX!

They allowed bullying to happen while my daughter attended. Once she told me she was fed up since they wouldn’t stop it. I found out it’s absolutely impossible to cancel. They continued withdrawing from my account 4 more months. I cannot get in contact with them as they NEVER answer the phone.

My daughters have been attending this gym since 2021, and we couldn't be more pleased with FX. My youngest tried out for Season 26 as well, and she is SO looking forward to finding out if she made a team for this season as well. We have seen tremendous growth in my oldest's tumbling and growth as a young lady. They promote self esteem, teamwork, faith, and excellence.

FX has become our second home, and the Kylers have become family to us. Price and Dana are excellent owners, that are honest and transparent. We love Full FX.

My rating is based on the same issue that many others have complained about in this forum.
My daughter stopped attending school in January. On the first business day of February (February 3rd), I formally requested the cancellation of the service, fully aware that the February fee would still be debited from my account. To that effect, I personally drafted and submitted a written cancellation letter, clearly stating with one month's notice that February would be the last month of my daughter’s attendance. I was fully aware that she did not want to continue and had already stopped attending since mid-January.
However, on the first business day of March (March 3rd), another fee was charged to my account. When I went to dispute this, I was given the same ethically inappropriate argument that has been provided to other users in this forum: that the 30-day notice period stated in the contract had not elapsed between February 3rd and March 3rd. As a result, I was charged for two and a half months of service despite the fact that my daughter did not attend.
Furthermore, I should highlight the reasons my daughter no longer wanted to attend, which align with other concerns raised in this forum. Specifically, teenage instructors between the ages of 15 and 20, with no professional teaching experience, provide an unacceptable level of care and treatment to the children attending the facility.
One star is far too generous.

We absolutely love this gym! Not only does my daughter cheer a tumble here my special needs son cheers here! They have been so kind an dedicated to each athlete. They give great feedback. An answer any questions we have! Payments are very reasonable a coaches excel past expectations! We highly recommend this gym! 🤍🤍🤍

Absolutely the best gym ever!!! My girl was at another gym for almost a year and couldn't even do a cartwheel because of inconsistency with training. We've been with Full Fx for 2 years and she's already learning a back handspring!!! They work amazing with all children. I've never seen more patient or dedicated coaches. It's like one huge family. 😍

Communication sucks they don’t answer the phone. They don’t check their messages and my daughter wasn’t gonna be able to attend the following semester and so the lady at the front Desk in which I spoke to 2 1/2 weeks prior to her not being able to attend she said that she would note it. I also tried to call never could I reach anyone and because I have a busy work schedule and travel a lot with my job wasn’t able to physically come in but did speak with someone about her not attending the following month, however still was charged and the cheer FX messenger person was very rude and no consideration, I also informed them that somebody at the front desk stated that they would note the matter and they still disregard it, and allowed my card to be charged! I said that I understood, however, could there be some consideration and a refund be considered, and they totally disregarded the matter which they was at fault because someone at their front Desk totally didn’t follow their own company policy and told me then their was a form I could fill out then..Np but totally disregard that fact and allowed the charges.. they claim they can’t be stopped but when I manually paid months prior my card wasn’t charged so they stopped it then, but AnyWho They don’t even have a mission statement so to me that says enough but it’s all good obviously they need the $80 more than me …

When signing my daughter up I asked about the 30 day cancelation because we travel with work. I knew I couldn’t give a 30 day notice, they assured me it was ok and just notify them when we knew we were leaving. I did that and they still charges me for another 30 days..

I tumbled here as a kid and when they started the competitive cheer was apart of their allstar team. Many life lessons were learned there. The Kyler family is one of a kind. Price is one of the most humble guys you’ll ever meet. I’m so thankful that Full FX was apart of my childhood helping me grow both mentally and physically.

No stars hated it no party host. Rued prejudice bad attitude would not let us use the fridge to keep juice cool . Ask for two additional chairs they said no they had no more chairs not believable if you have parties. Over all bad experience for all the money they charge it should have been more pleasant experience.
