I loved the intention of a studio based on love, the warm & peaceful atmosphere, and the excellent instruction. I've been practicing yoga regularly for a few years now & I have attended many varying levels & styles of classes. Some feel like you are at a 24hour fitness...the very opposite of what I enjoy. Others are what I can only call "pose based", rather than "breathing based." I don't know how else to say that, but they are opposites to me. Gaia felt focused on experiencing wholeness in body, mind, & spirit, and letting the poses evolve from there. In my mind, exactly what it should be. Thank you for a great class.

What an incredible gift this studio is. Yoga is about so much more than the poses, and this place teaches the full package. If you want to learn about the asanas (poses) in a gentle and loving environment, this is the place. If you want to dive deeper into yogic philosophy and expand your practice and spirituality, this is also the place. My life and practice have been transformed by this studio. Dear reader, I beg you to give yourself the gift of this place. There is so much love and growth here waiting just for you. May all beings be free. Namaste

Such a great space for practice. I’m reintegrating yoga practice into my life and am new to hot yoga as a whole. It’s been an amazing first week of entering back into the flow here. The staff does a wonderful job of setting the tone for practice. Some of the moves are a bit challenging for a beginner course, but it’s also very much self paced and the instructors I’ve had have done a good job of presenting modified moves. Overall I would recommend visiting

We took Gentle Waves with Jennifer last night and she was a wonderful instructor, as always. She is able to provide multi-level instruction and maintain a cohesive experience for each individual. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, Jennifer's class is a great choice.

Loved it! I have tried various group fitness classes throughout the Meteoplex, and as a beginner, most are very intimidating. I have also run into the issue where beginner classes end up being all breathwork and I feel like I have not moved my body as intended, but Gaia Flow is different. It is the perfect mix of spiritual practice and physical movement. They also provide schedules that compliment working a 9-5, which I really appreciate! Looking forward to continue to learn and practice here!

Phallon is my favorite teacher here. She offers such an encouraging class. It’s entirely changed how I practice, for the better β€” offering me a challenge that gets me excited to push myself harder or just take the time to rest. Her approach helps me connect to what my body actually needs.

Gaia Flow Yoga is second to none and it's obvious each instructor puts their Yogi's first. Anybody you encounter her, instructor or student is on your side and only wants the best for you and your practice. Every class is a challenge in its own way and the classes offered are designed for the everyday practitioner and for those practicing for the first time. Also, a lot of guided meditation classes are offered here and are being led by the best Dallas has to offer. The studios are always clean and I appreciate that you can be a little late and they still will let you practice because "LOVE IS WHY" and they only want the best for everybody. This studio deserves 8 stars because it embodies all 8 limbs of yoga not just the Asanas (the physical postures). Finally the owners of Gaia Flow Yoga - Chrystal Rae & Andres have established a culture rooted and love and acceptance for all which is why Gaia Flow Yoga is the premier yoga/meditation studio in Dallas, Tx. Gaia is a great place to grow your practice in terms of new positions (handstands, balancing poses) and being pushed to your limits and then pushed further. If you're looking for something more indie and at the roots of yoga, more spiritual, then a different studio would be better; however it's always what you make of your time in a place, right? An awesome community, an awesome vibe, but of course, you get different things from different places. Be blessed✌🏼

Jess is an awesome teacher! She excels at teaching proper movements and getting the class in the β€œflow” mood. Will definitely be back.

Taylor and Carla were amazing. Taylor was very mindful of my bad knee and my dizzy moments when I get too hot. Carla is great at sound bath. I love her loving meditation.

I'm very disappointed in Gaia Flow yoga teacher training. I was a monthly draft member for a few years, I never felt the community feel as they claim but I also didn't join the studio for that reason so that part didn't bother me. The classes are good, the neck rub at the end is always a cherry on top. My passion for yoga grew over the years so I decided to sign up for their yoga teacher training (YTT). I didn't do research on studios in the area that offered YTT (hindsight big mistake on my part) since I was already a member, I figured why not. I was excited and driven to become a yoga teacher, that is until about week 2 of the 10 week program. Inconsistencies and lack of training were noticed by the yoga teacher trainees. We didn't learn much about sequencing a class which is the foundation, we were told that if we sign up (and pay) for the 300 hour program, we will learn it there (huh?!). I felt lost and confused causing my drive to go down. In addition, Chrystal made offensive racial comments, she would also make comments on how she wouldn't come back to trainees classes (during test out which is your very first class to teach). There's a difference between constructive criticism (tangible advice) and straight up criticism. It felt negative and I couldn't possibly see what could be taken away and learned from such feedback. I got my certification eventually but still felt lost with minimal knowledge on how to teach. I sent a heart felt email explaining my higher self desired to teach so I wanted to go to another YTT program to re-learn everything as I didn't feel equipped by Gaia Flow to teach and asked for half of a refund (or even additional learning materials/sessions), after a week I didn't hear back, I finally did after a follow up . The email read " We are sorry that you feel that way and you are entitled to your opinion about our program. However, you are not eligible for a refund." For a company that claims they love you as much as they do and are a "love based community", their response and actions tell a different story. This studio is good if you're only a member that doesn't realize the behind the scenes of the obvious burned out owners but as a YTT trainee, buyer be aware! If you come out of training ready to go (shout out to those that do!), then you'll be fine but if you require any extra love, training or time, you'll be thrown out to the wolves to figure it out for yourself. It's obvious their YTT programs are a big source of funds for the studio, it's a mill factory of teachers, it's clear they don't care about the development of their teachers-- just the tuition fees $$. Do yourself a favor and look into other YTT programs as Dallas has several to choose from. This is just my experience, I'm writing this review in response to their lack of basic human care (the short email response says everything) and to warn hopeful yoga teacher trainees.

They don’t ever open the door when you are late ( I’m perpetually late so it’s my fault in a lot of ways but they put a sign on the door that says β€œknock on the window if late” but, apparently, they don’t mean that) . It’s a nice studio but they should put up a sign that says if you are late then you have to reschedule the session.

I have so much love and admiration for this studio and it’s only my second time. I experienced spiritual awakening tonight at the still water class through the opportunity to meditate. So much love and acceptance radiates through the place. πŸ’«πŸ’›πŸ™πŸ»
