I really like this gym! It has a lot of space, good equipment, a boxing area, and more. It's also very clean and well maintained. I'm glad that I stopped by tonight. The owners were super nice.

Appreciated using this gym while visiting family in Houston for a few weeks. They helped me get set up before I got into town so that I could start going as soon as I got there. Went in the mornings and it was never crowded. Nothing fancy but that’s totally fine, everyone just there to work on themselves! I’d come back!

Was visiting from NY and wanted to check out a gym to workout in Houston for a few days. Tony, the guy who runs the place let me check out the place on Thanksgiving (yes they’re open on Thanksgiving :) ), and it was a good time. Intimate, intense, and there’s 1 of every machine you could possibly need for a complete body workout. The best part is the accommodating, friendly staff and how it’s run as a local gym.

Great gym. If it only had a basketball court. Even if they just put up some basketball rims so we can just shoot the ball n workout. Since there's not enough room. That would be awesome if they could add basketball rims. Kinda like the shootout at the gamerooms. But actual bb rims

It’s something about the vibe about this place that makes you want to go there and work out! At other gyms I have felt very intimidated about some machines or asking for help from the staff. Not here! Iris, Perla and Tony are very approachable and they stop what they are doing to help you! You don’t see this type of customer service at other gyms! I just want to point that out!
You also have to try their smoothies and teas! I was told about their protein waffles and I can’t wait to try them!
