Whether it’s building muscle, understanding nutrition, or fat loss, Generick Fitness uses the training wheel method in order to guide clients until they’re ready to set off on their own two feet! This platform is founded by Gideon E; Gideon is a light-hearted workhorse with a serious passion for training. With over 5 years of experience training clients, what makes Gideon unique, is he not only teaches you “what” to do but also informs you on “why” you’re doing it.

I have been in the program for about 6 weeks so far and my body and knowledge had definitely improved greatly! I wanted to gain more muscle mass and strength and Generick's weekly workout plans through the app are fast and efficient. He also does a great job of breaking down macros and what to target and I have already gotten compliments from family and friends on my body recomp so far. Can't wait to see how I'll be at the end of the 3 month cycle!

If I could give him 10 stars I would, from day one he encourages you and is always available for any questions. I’m currently in the 90 day challenge and I’ve seen a lot of improvement. Staying disciplined and getting the guidance from Sam is truly the magic sauce to transitioning into a healthy lifestyle. Definitely recommend!
