Definitely the best gym in Mabank Tx! If you like that old school feeling this is the place to go! Metal plates & hard work! They’re always upgrading & adding new equipment! Everyone should definitely come check them out!

I have been a member here for about a year and a half now, and I absolutely love this gym.
Well-equipped, everything is kept well-maintained. Shower, sauna, free weights, treadmills, heavy and speed bag boxing area, cable machines, energy drinks/protein bars/snacks/frozen healthy meals all available. Everything a person that’s serious about training could need in a gym.
Not as crowded as the “box” gyms, and more comfortable in my personal opinion. Also cheaper than all the other gyms in the area.
I honestly don’t like training anywhere else anymore- 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone serious about trying to train and get in shape.

Also- I see several reviews saying they have had issues with not being able to get ahold of management. I can’t speak on anyone else’s experience, but every time I’ve had any issues requiring managements assistance, they have always answered my calls or texts either at the time or return my calls promptly.

The door says "Call anytime" but the must not be on Fridays or the weekend. Bought a 2 person membership and the code I was given doesn't even work on the door. Only way I could get in is if someone else was getting in at the same time. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional behavior from customer service standpoint. If someone doesn't answer my call Monday I'm gonna make sure I get my money back.

Janelle deserves an award for her customer service was exceptional!! She was so kind, patient, informative and made sure to answer all my questions. This gym is fantastic for just about all your needs, opening in front and back to allow fresh air to circulate through. They even have a new sauna!!! My son and I felt welcomed and encouraged to come to them with any suggestions for the gym or equipment. Crazy affordable with drinks and snacks available for a small fee. I absolutely love it here and thank them for having us!

A decent equipped gym but the owner is very unresponsive and unhelpful. I went to cancel my membership and the owner would not respond. Be warned, customer service is non-existent and they may ghost you.
