We are so happy with this gym. My daughter competes here, and she has grown not only as an athlete but also as a person. I love the discipline they teach, always combined with kindness and respect for the girls. The coaches are amazing: they know how to motivate, care for, and push them to give their best. We absolutely love this gym! We’ve been coming since spring 2023, and it has been such a wonderful experience. My daughter loves her gymnastics classes, and both she and my son look forward to Kid’s Night Out every time.

Love the staff here, especially coach Alexa in the beginners one class. She has coached my daughter for 9 months now and I’ve watched her grow so much in this class. Her confidence is building and the class has improved her flexibility, balance and focus. The facility is super clean and nice. I would recommend Gold Medal Gymnastics to anyone and everyone!

I don't think I can say enough about the community and atmosphere of Gold Medal Gymnastics. All four of our girls are seen individually, challenged, and loved right where they are. Super thankful for this team and the life lessons we are all learning.
You can't beat the intentionality and care each of these coaches shows towards every single girl! Thank you Coach Victoria, Coach Michelle, Coach Jordan, Coach Braedan and Coach Melissa!
And because we sit at a lot of team practices, I get to watch a lot of Recreational classes, and each of those coaches make classes fun, challenging, and encourage each student by name. Such a wonderful gym!

This is a great facility! We recently moved to the area and were able to get our daughter in quickly for an evaluation for the recreational gymnastics program. I was very happy with this process. Coach Kalyssa teaches my daughter's class and she is so engaged and hands-on! Shoutout to Coach Victoria for her thoughtfulness. She asked my son what kinds of things he might like to play with during his sister's classes and then bought stuff for him and the other siblings!

I have been so impressed by the way Coaches Alexa and Sylvia stay positive, encouraging, and really customize learning for every student. I've watched them challenged each student based on their individual level of mastery, and as a result, I've watched each of their students grow week to week. They correct form without being critical and safety is never a question. My daughter LOVES going to class, and as a parent, that's awesome to watch!!

I signed my two girls (3 &5) up to try a rec class. The environment is cold, unwelcoming and unprofessional. The only reason I saw the owner is when she brought my 3yo to me, 20 min b4 class ended to sit out, bc she was “misbehaving” and had exhausted her 3 warnings. As she was walking away I had to ask who she was, and she said “Ashley” and I said don’t you own this place and she said “yes”. My 3yo wasn’t able to finish her class. She was extremely upset, nor did she get a sticker at the end while she saw everyone else getting one. Then my 5 yo went in for her class and was very rudely redirected by Victoria (found out who she was from a team mom) and didn’t get a sticker and was shunned for her bad behavior, not listening. Following our horrible experience, I emailed Ashley with our concerns and she only responded with defense and excuses. We emailed back and forth several times. She refused to refund the full amount she’d gone in and charged my card. The whole experience was less than ideal and we will not returning. I’ve yet to hear a 100% positive experience from anyone, and I know a lot of people who have “tried and left” for very similar reasons. Ashley has a mind of her own and may or may not treat you with respect and may just suddenly drop your child’s class or move your child.

I have had more than an amazing time at gold medal gymnastics! The competition team coach I believe - Coach victoria is the most warm hearted, patient coach I’ve had an experience with for my daughter. She is very knowledgeable about the sport and knows how to shape athletes into gymnasts. The other coaches are as well amazing. If you’re looking for a gym that feels like family, with the most awesome coaches I would recommend coming here. !!! Proud to be part of GMG fam

I went here for a free trial class. The coach/Victoria smelled very strongly of cigarettes. During our class there was Only three kids but the coach struggled to manage them. While with my child, the other kids were running around and it seemed dangerous with all the gym equipment about. The coach put one student in time out. I am not impressed and will not be going back.

GMG hosted our 6 year olds’ birthday party. They were amazing start to finish! We delivered supplies a few days before the party and they set it up for us!! They were super easy going on “head count” and we ended up with several more kiddos than we thought. The coaches/party staff were awesome; great with the kids and helped us clean up and carry stuff out!! Thanks GMG! One tip: adults, bring a jacket as it’s chilly by the ice rink.

Coach Victoria has coached my daughter in gymnastics since she began lessons 3 years ago. Victoria is patient, kind, and is great with communication to parents. The location is perfect and the owner, Ashley, is super nice and easy to work with as well. We couldn’t be happier about our experience at Good Medal Gymnastics and I highly recommend it!
