The customer service is great, its always super clean and really comfortable. Since ive been with this gym i havent gotten anything stolen, and that i cant say about freedom fitness. I found a great gym that suits me just perfectly. When they came closer to closing they got really sloppy, the machines were falling apart. It's now CRUNCH and I love the upgrade.

I absolutely love this location. It has enough equipment to get a great workout in and the staff is friendly and very approachable. Huge plus is that it's always clean!

This facility needs customer service big time. Attitude and arrogance is not the approach.

I had a bad experience with a manager Lupe Vera, who shows no ethics on customer service at all, rude, bad tempered and impatient. When I addressed my issue regarding my credit card payment, he said I was wasting his time. Terrible service.

For a little less than the price of the big Gold's Gym I hate it here, poor customer service skills from manager, rude and condescending. this place needs to be a little less about the money and more professional and treat it's customers with a bit of respect. only thing i can give it is that it is usually clean. But, go to freedom fitness for better value for the price...worse gym in brownsville
